#FeatureStory : Are You Tired of Chasing?
I started my community because I want to help women get out of looking outside of themselves for answers. I spent most of my career chasing after status and titles. I was working in visual effects and wanted to work on bigger and bigger feature films. Thinking that as I got more status, as I worked on bigger, more prestigious things, then I would be happy, then I would be worthy. But I found that I kept chasing bigger, and I kept getting more and more burned out and I found myself then the unhappiest I was in my life. It wasn't until I started learning how to listen to my body, to the signals of what my body wanted to share and guide me to, that I started following a path, where I am now truly feeling happier in my life, where I love what I get to create, where I am much more connected, and living much more satisfied. And so this is what I want to help guide women to in my community. To help them follow their inner knowing by listening to their body signals, trusting in it, and knowing they don’t need others outside of them to tell them what is true for them. What if you could stop chasing after status and titles and found another way to be in the world? One that filled you up, helped you find happiness, and what if it was as easy as learning to listen to (and trust) your body signals. If you'd like to join us, start listening to you inner knowing, come check it out: The Body Wisdom Way And share below... have you been chasing status and titles and looking for something to fill you up?

I didn’t get stuck because I wasn’t trying. I got stuck because I was trying everything. For a long time, I did what most people do when they want to earn online. I bought courses. I joined programs. I followed smart people. I kept learning. And honestly? I learned a lot. But nothing really moved. Every new program came with a new idea. Every idea came with a new direction. And instead of building momentum, I kept starting over. Watching other people “figure it out” made me wonder what I was missing. At some point, I remember thinking, “Why does this feel so hard when I’m actually doing the work?” That’s when it clicked. The problem wasn’t effort. It wasn’t motivation. It wasn’t that I “wasn’t cut out for this.” The problem was noise. Too many paths. Too many messages. Too many voices telling me to do more. What changed everything wasn’t finding the perfect system. It was choosing one. One path. One message. One place to focus my energy. Once I stopped trying to do everything and gave myself permission to simplify, things finally started to make sense. Not overnight. Not magically. But steadily. Confidence replaced second-guessing. Momentum replaced overwhelm. And for the first time, I felt like I wasn’t fighting myself anymore. That’s when I realized something important. Most capable people don’t struggle online because they can’t do it. They struggle because no one teaches them how to choose. How to slow down. How to focus. How to build something real without burning themselves out. That’s why I do what I do now. I help people build online income without hustle — one path at a time. Not louder. Not faster. Just clearer.

Ohhhh the online noise is so real! I was DEFINITELY one of those people who bought one course, then the next, then another program... You are absolutely right about needing to choose one source and stick to it. The only way I ever made any progress of any kind was to stick to one source...whatever it may be. 🫶
#FeatureStory - Trauma changes your brain, but healing does too.
I had a bunch of trauma as a kid. It started with sexual abuse when I was 5. Which led to a lot of difficult behavior and eventually foster care and being homeless at 16. I'm smart enough and well read enough to know that Trauma changes your brain. My life changed once I learned that healing does too. ❤️‍🩹 We all have stories that we didn't choose. Stories that created subconscious patterns that hold us back. Some we can see, but many we can't. Once I learned how to heal my own stories, I knew I wanted to share it with others. I was already a well-established business coach, so I added inner work to my offers. The inner work changed everything. For me, and my clients. Suddenly, the same efforts they were taking before worked. Because they were taking them from alignment and power, not from fear and urgency. If this lands for you and you're ready to dissolve what's in the way of your success, come join me in Activate Your Impact.

What a powerful story! What kind of inner work was the real needle mover for you and your clients (NLP, hypnotherapy, other) ?

#FeatureStory | Why “Just Calm Down” Never Worked
I started my Skool community because my body forced me to pay attention. For years, I tried to handle stress the way we’re taught to. Push through. Stay functional. Override the signals. I even taught tools I believed in. But my body kept escalating the conversation until it landed me in the hospital with a life-threatening gastric bleed. That moment made something clear. My body wasn’t failing. It was communicating. What I couldn’t unsee after that was how few spaces actually teach people how to listen. Even in wellness, the focus is usually on control, coping, or fixing symptoms instead of understanding what the body is asking for. So I built a community around that missing piece. A space for people who are done forcing change and ready to create real inner shifts from the inside out. 👉 Soul Growth Circle If this feels familiar, your body isn’t wrong.

I love it, sounds like we have similar passions my dear! So happy that you pivoted from trying to fix the symptoms, to finally listening to the signals 🫶
