How do you tend to cope when you face an edge that feels scary in your business? Fight — Moving toward the danger or threat. Flight — Moving away from the danger or threat. Freeze — Wanting to move, but can’t. Fawn — Avoiding the threat by pleasing. Most of us don’t choose consciously. We repeat what’s familiar. These aren’t flaws. They’re safety strategies. At some point, your system learned: This is how I survive. So just notice.... Awareness is the very step.
