šŸŖ„šŸ•Æļø What I Learned Building the 7 Steps of Return to Stillness
Over the past few weeks I’ve been building a series of practices called Return to Stillness. It started simply as a way to answer a question people ask me often: what do I actually mean when I say ā€œreturn to stillnessā€? As I began putting together a few small practices to demonstrate the process, something interesting happened. The pieces naturally organized themselves into a sequence — seven small steps the body can follow when the mind is busy and the nervous system feels tight. What surprised me most wasn’t the structure itself. It was how simple the process became once I stopped trying to force it. Sometimes the most meaningful frameworks don’t appear all at once. They emerge quietly, step by step, as you follow what the work itself is trying to show you. If anyone is curious about the practices themselves, I shared the first Return to Stillness practice in my free community today. You’re welcome to explore it here: Soul Growth Circle

@Ahmy Brock Thank you, Ahmy! I'm really glad the practices have been helpful for you. It’s been interesting watching how small shifts can make such a difference. šŸ™

Here's what people had to say about the How to Teach A High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass when I taught it in January: "The masterclass yesterday was gold, exceeded my expectations and was FRESH!" J.S. "Yesterday was truly amazing. I'm blown away by your down to earth approach. Loved the session!" C.C. "The class was so refreshing and SO helpful in the step-by-step instruction on creating a Masterclass." T.V. "Def worth it!" J.L. "I have been teaching, running, writing, and creating courses for 20 years....and this workshop was a great reminder of how one or two things said by the right person @Shannon Boyer at the right time can spark something new! Thanks for being awesome Shannon!" T.P. We go live on Wednesday, but when you purchase the class for $27, you will also have access to the replay indefinitely. So, if you want to know how to create a masterclass that is full of value and can convert to paying clients and/or you would like to host your own masterclass in the CLASSIFIEDS, then you won't want to miss this opportunity. I won't be teaching it again until at least May. Have questions? Ask them below. I'd love to answer them for you. 😊

A Supportive Accountability Space for Women
Lately I have been thinking a lot about accountability. Not the kind that feels rigid or performative, but the kind that feels steady and supportive, like someone gently reminding you of who you said you wanted to be. There is so much happening in the world right now. It can feel heavy, distracting, and honestly overwhelming at times. And as women, we often keep showing up for everyone and everything while quietly placing ourselves last. We care deeply. We carry a lot. And in the middle of that, our own needs get pushed aside. I recently noticed that I had been going to sleep later and later. Just a slow shift that started to affect my energy and mood. So instead of trying to overhaul my entire life, I chose one simple focus for March. I am going to bed earlier. That is my commitment. Inside my Plant Powered Kitchen Club, we decided to do something similar this month. Each of us is choosing one thing we want to focus on and sharing it in an accountability thread. It is individual and personal. No one is telling anyone what they ā€œshouldā€ work on. We are simply naming what matters to us and supporting each other as friends. What I love about this approach is that it feels realistic. It acknowledges that we already have full lives. It creates space for growth without adding more pressure. And it reminds us that taking care of ourselves is not selfish. It is foundational. When we are well rested, nourished, and grounded, we show up differently in every area of our lives. With International Women’s Day coming up, this feels especially meaningful. Empowerment does not always look loud or dramatic. Sometimes it looks like going to bed earlier. Drinking more water. Keeping a promise to yourself. If you have been wanting a space where you can focus on one thing and actually follow through, you are welcome to join us. The community is open, supportive, and full of women who are simply trying to live with a little more intention. You can take a look here if it feels aligned: https://www.skool.com/nadia/about

I absolutely love the support in your community Nadia. šŸ’— You have gently steered me back to plant based eating where I feel at my most energetic best. If anyone is even a bit curious, I encourage you to come check it out!
I've got this fun idea....
I'm trying something new in my group this month and love your thoughts on this. For the past 2 months I’ve been running themed, multi-day live experiences. My idea is: Build it live together. Keep the replays + workbook + AI Prompt in the classroom. Use it as both a learning asset and a conversion eventšŸ‘ So far we’ve gone deep: 🌿7 - Days of Clarity & Focus (now a part of our 7 day onboarding) 🌿5-Day Decision Closed Sprint (decision capacity builder) Good stuff to keep in the classroom. Potential SLO content later. This month I’m pivoting. I feel a need for some playful embodiment. Less reflection. Less deep. Less long. Goal: 60-90 minute live special event. Real learning disguised as a partyšŸ˜‰ I'm building a Bingo game-style word-swap event where we'll practice replacing shrinking language ("I just..."I'm sorry, but...", "Maybe...") with grounded authority-building language. I can see this like a practice lab for voice and visibility work. But...party style šŸ¤— Curious... For those of you who do transformational work or have a reflective space, have you pivoted to do something lighter and gamified like this? Love to chat with you about how it worked for you. Do you feel it diluted the depth of the work? Brought a welcome energy shift into your work? If you've never done this and want to follow along to see how it goes, that's welcome as well!

New Success Markers for 2026
Have you seen the Alex Hormosi/Tony Robbins interview? Wow! Clarifying. šŸ’„ Tony challenges Alex - who is refreshingly open and humble - to examine why "success" doesn't always equal "fulfillment." That convo hit home. I've been disrupting conversations about "success" for years - especially for women. But honestly? I hadn't really been able to clearly articulate what the alternative looks like. Gentler? yes Anti-hustle? Not quite. Low pressure? Also..not quite true. Because here’s the reality: Growing a business does involve hustle. It involves risk. Stretching. Pressure. The breakthrough came when my community helped me test my onboarding experience in my new group Good Girl Gone Bold - a 7-Day Clarity & Focus Reset - and women experienced massive shifts as early as Day One. That's when it finally clicked. Success absolutely involves joy and fulfillment, like Tony said. But for women in business, it also looks like this: The New Success Markers • Clarity • Focus • Mind-body regulation • Alignment • Capacity That foundation frees stuck energy, creates flow and basically "Marie Kondo's" your life - to catapult clearing the noise so momentum becomes natural. Here's what actually happened: šŸ‘‰ The women who felt the biggest shift didn’t ā€œdo more.ā€ šŸ‘‰ They stopped reopening decisions. šŸ‘‰ They felt calmer AND more decisive. šŸ‘‰ They trusted themselves again. Results follow! Because you just released stuck energy. If you’re craving a business that feels steady, grounded, and self-trusting — not frantic —that’s exactly what we build inside Good Girl Gone Bold. Start with: āœ”ļø the Root Voice Quiz (to see what’s sabotaging your voice) āœ”ļø a 7-day reset that creates real internal shifts fast This is what sustainable success actually looks like. ✨ 7-Day Free Trial. Enough time to actually FEEL the shift - not just explore possibility. If you're redefining success this year and want gentler, lower-pressure growth - without shrinking your capacity -

@Jennifer Silbert Thanks for sharing this Jennifer. I’m almost ready to start ramping up my outside engagement.. still fiddling with my onboarding. I may need to shift my thought process and come take a peek inside your community šŸ™
