BOOK CLUB?!
I want to gauge interest here in having a Book Club within this community. It would be something simple such as voting on a book to read, committing to about 10 pages per day, reading, commenting, and perhaps meeting up online in a call at the end of 4-6 weeks depending on the book to discuss the book. Tagging @Dominick Ruggiero in this, as it was an idea he presented in another group on IG

Don’t set ten goals. Set one intention. Intentions stabilize the nervous system and anchors identity. Reset this Sunday by completing this sentence: “Next week, I want to show up as someone who…” POST YOUR SENTENCE IN THE THREAD! Why this matters: Identity drives behavior more effectively than motivation, or willpower.... build a system, and succeed. State who you’re becoming, and let go of any other version that no longer serves you.

Pausing, journalling, reflecting, bodyscan. Receiving clarity on what is really happening around me, the undercurrents, the topic not spoken, reason why. Ready next day to have that discussion and speak the truth in a calm manner, that calls out the truth of the situation.

Playing with my granddaughters, hearing them calling to me with excitement in their voices just from seeing me, snuggles in the morning when they come into my bed to wake me up.

I feel my whole body and feet sink into the floor. Realize how fast and shallow I am breathing. Notice the tension in my shoulders. How good it feels to be in a calm state of being.
