My Hormones and Health video is up in the classroom along with all the Power Point slides! Originally I did this presentation live for teen girls earlier this week. This is details I would have liked someone to teach me when I was a teen related to hormones, female cycles, food, nutrition, and how to stabilize hormones. This info would have helped me throughout my life but I didn’t understand the details. So this is my gift to you. I thought this would be worthwhile to share with our community.

I just wanted to share that Azure Standard is a family owned business that delivers in a lot of places in the country. This is the largest non-GMO grocery store. I love to order a lot of my food items like tortillas, beans, legumes, wheat, rice, coconut/powder, seeds, nuts, dried fruit and so forth. They are a full grocery store and offer very clean products to include meat, dairy, produce, canning/storage supplies, supplements, and beauty/personal products. The prices are great especially if you order in larger quantities. This is a great chart to print out and have handy for when you or a loved one has a headache. We discussed this in class yesterday. I love this resource especially when working with kids as it has the graphics.
