I keeping breaking my diet Like control for 4 days amd then eat for the reat of 3 days all junk and stuff I have tried personal coaching Personal online training workouts. I keep running in curcles Its a viscious cycle. I am stuck! Please help a girl.

It’s better to add protein to your diet. Instead of eating junk, it’s healthier to just eat a bigger homemade meal once. It satisfies your cravings. It’s really just hunger that makes us go for outside food
