👉I once read about how introversion and extroversion is just how we process stimuli. ⭐That introversion means that internal stimuli charges our batteries and external stimuli drains it while extroversion means that internal stimuli drains our batteries while external stimuli charges it. 🌻That really put a lot of stuff into perspective. 👇Besides the universal need to just rest, what lights you up more? your own internal thoughts and reflection or by being around others and external activities?
