One A Day Calendar - January
Hey all! Thanks to @Christa Held I signed up for the Blue Zones email. It's also... sleep. deep breathing for stress management. spending time with people you love. doing hobbies or activities you enjoy. keeping a positive, growth mindset. daily learning from influential people you respect or admire. It's so much more than how much you exercise and "eating clean". No pressure to use it, just an additional resource in case you need some extra help staying focused on the bigger picture of wellness this month. xo, Amanda
