Powerful Native American Prayer
Powerful Native American Prayer No matter how cheery of a person you may be, it’s not always easy to keep your spirits up 100% of the time... we all have “one of those days.” This is where a mindfulness prayer can really come in handy. This short Native American prayer is a reminder of the beauty and wonders of the world. Its few short lines speak to our most basic, human concerns. It manifests joy, love, and peace. and most importantly, it reminds us to express thanks and gratitude. After all, no matter our circumstances, there is always something to be grateful for. Take a deep breath and let your mind pore over the ancient words below: Dear Great Spirit, You are inside of me, within my very breath, within each bird, each mighty mountain. Your sweet touch reaches everything, and I am well protected. Thank you for this beautiful day before me. May joy, love, peace, and compassion be part of my life and all those around me on this day. I am healing, and I am healed. Sometimes, when the world outside feels heavy, all we need to do is look within ourselves for that soul spark of joy and beauty!

when our body resists growth & so we self-sabotage 🌱
I remember a time when I was absolutely clear on what I wanted. I wanted to live more purposefully, speak more honestly, and show up more fully as myself. Mentally and by the knowledge I had, I was ready & spiritually, I felt called to do it. but then there is my nervous system and my body...that keep the score Every time I tried to take a bigger step — speak more boldly, hold eye contact longer, express something vulnerable — I would feel tight. My chest would constrict. My breath would shorten. I’d suddenly feel tired or distracted. And I labeled it as self sabotage or procrastination. It wasn’t procrastination. It was a dysregulated nervous system protecting an old identity. after I've done inner work and alignment, I found out I had these subconscious beliefs like “don’t be too visible,” “don’t outgrow people,” “don’t be too much.” My body had memorized those rules. So when expansion showed up, my system reacted as if it was dangerous. That’s when I truly understood: growth is not a mindset issue. It’s a capacity issue. The nervous system doesn’t care about your vision. It cares about what feels safe. And if being fully expressed feels unsafe, the body will contract before you even realize it. Rewiring doesn’t happen through theory. It happens by showing your body you're safe in growth and expansion🤍 through breath, awareness, slowly teaching the body that expansion does not equal threat. I’m curious — where do you feel tension in your body when you think about fully living your purpose? would love to hear from you!

Hello everyone! I'm so excited to be here in this group. I'm currently living in SE Tennessee which is where I moved during CV. After 2 years of living in Tennessee full time, I decided to work seasonally in Florida where I've had a private business in Tampa practicing Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. During my transition, I wanted to learn how to practice online so I've taken up studies in HeartMath, Quantum Touch and Theta Healing. I'm very interested in Soma Energetics and have learned some techniques taking Continuing Education for Massage.
