push day today with this little fella on my wrist, been doing my head in for a week or so doctors said will go away on its own, was hoping they’d drain it! 😅🤣

Hills
Had a small procedure on my back this week that means I can't go to the gym/lift heavy etc until I've had stitches out and healed a bit, so I'm feeling a bit gutted to be honest. Tying to stay positive with lots of walking and especially on inclines to keep the legs strong (overcoming hills figuratively and literally). Any tips on how to maintain muscle and mindset other than walking during this time would be appreciated! Birthday weekend is approaching too and I'm already worried I can't burn off all the excess calories that will be consumed 😬

monday = push day 💪🏼
carried the energy on from the live event to today’s training session, smashed all my current PBS on my push day, finally got 100kg bench press for 3 reps today, upped weight on all the rest of my push movements to, i can remember 3-4 months ago wishing i could get to my 100kg bench target originally it was by the end of 2026; but already ticked it! so cant wait to see what this year holds for me, goal is to try and cut some body fat whilst building muscle. WATER ✅ ELECTROLYTES ✅ PROTEIN ✅ HEALTHY FATS ✅ CARBS✅ CREATINE✅ my daily important ticks in my diet , smashing it as a community love seeing peoples personal wins! keep going group and in a few months if jamie does another live event will be amazing tosee the progress ! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
