Coaching Swap, Anyone?
I have to be honest. It’s been a tough start to the year financially. I’m not consistently making enough to cover my expenses, and I’ve had to take a hard look at what needs to change if this business is going to last. I’m building something I genuinely believe in—coaching, courses, content, systems, a whole little ecosystem—but belief alone doesn’t make it financially sustainable. Guessing my way through funding, grants, and positioning isn’t the move anymore. So I’m asking for help. I’m looking to do a coaching swap with you guys! The format is simple: 60 minutes total 30 minutes you coach me 30 minutes I coach you If it’s a good fit, we can repeat the format. What I’d love support with: Feedback on my business plan (what’s strong vs. what’s still fuzzy) Turning ideas into a clear, compelling slide deck Accountability (because solo founders desperately need mirrors) Feedback on grant submissions (Amber Grant, etc.) Light marketing strategy: where I’m actually a strong fit—and how to say that clearly on my site šŸ‘‰ If you’re interested in learning or practicing grant writing, this is an especially good opportunity. What I offer in return: Business & website clarity: what you’re really selling, what’s missing, what’s confusing, what could convert better Brand messaging: tightening your positioning so people ā€œget itā€ fast Gamification & learning design: frameworks, structure, and engagement systems for courses or programs Sound like a match? Let’s do this together. šŸ¤

Sounds like a good opportunity to do some co-coaching @Jade Arthur and exchange knowledge. I'll mention this again at tomorrow's Office Hours Q & A.
New headline and slightly new focus
From the feedback and behaviour of the new sprint group I'm running and from individual clients, the main issue I'm hearing is 'time'. Again and again. Which means that what I'm offering, is not really landing. Had long discussion with ChatGpt too, asking it to review all previous conversations. It seems that financially, the better move would be to offer to do more of it for doctors….write stuff for them and do their profiles. .and make it clear it's for both international and UK doctors. So, updated about section and changed my headline and will review offer using Kevin's GPT. Not 100% comfortable with the headline yet. LinkedIn for Doctors / Clear communication that builds trust / Former NHS Nurse.. It cuts off at build in comments. Would appreciate and thoughts. Happy to reciprocate.

@Rachel Williams yeah for the sake of simplicity, keep turn. Also, the posts people want to read is something but is this the big thing? The ones you want to work with, is the end-goal or outcome people wanting to read their posts? I know we spoke about this before in terms of choosing what outcome you want to lead them towards.

@Rachel Williams only if that's the outcome that you'd feel comfortable to deliver and ifs actually what they want. You can always start with the most recent (experience into posts that don't sound AI). Mayve just missing a so what or outcome at the end, so you become the go-to X or get noticed by XYZ.
Please Read: Today's Session + Action before Friday's Q & A
Hey all, Brilliant session today! As always, you'll find the recap, recording and actions in the master doc here. Your task this week is simple: track your time over the next 2-3 days in relation to an area where you want to become more systematic and less scattered. It could be LinkedIn processes, client work, content creation or so on. Don't try to do too much, but simply observe yourself as you work over the next few days and log a simple reflection with pen + paper or brain-dump end of day into Chat GPT. You can actually you Procrastimate for this and it will work perfectly. It's a bit sassy but as with any GPT, just give it context, how to respond and what to look for, then it'll better serve the purpose you want it to (like we spoke about with Matt's content GPT that I use) On Friday, I'm gonna prepare a short quiz on community use to make sure you're all aware of how to get the best out of this space going forward. Whoever wins gets a special surprise 😜 And then we'll dig into your questions, observations from tracking your time, and if you like, we'll use next week's sprint to actually start building out the 1 priority system you need now, or else using some of the tools that are already built to support your goals. As always, drop me a message if you need anything and have fun tracking šŸ˜‰ What we measure, we master. Speak soon ~Kev

Got this ↓ yesterday and not quite sure how to reply... (Another time one - but he doesn't want his posts written for him - lots of tentative language). Possibly go back and suggest we do it in two stages. I sort out his profile now and then we focus on his posts later... Good morning Rachel I hope all is well with you? Indeed I have and I’m very keen to take up your expertise and assistance and work together. As I mentioned the situation at work is insanely busy and I wonder if it might be more sensible and yield better attention and benefit from and for me, to wait. Is this possible? We appointed a new colleague recently who will have started within the next three months….to hopefully lighten the load! Would you have space and availability later in the year, towards summer, perhaps May-June time? Look forward to hearing from you šŸ¤ž

@Rachel Williams yeah if you can offer something now that's done-for-you to a large extent like the profile and he just has to review. That could be the first stage, then speak about you doing his content for him. I think he is saying he'd like to start later, but what's to stop him turning around in May/June with the same busy excuse. I'd try lock a chat in soon and see if you can get him to commit to something now, while there's a sense of motivation and interest.
I had an argument.
With ChatGPT. I know some people might love the new 5.2., but honestly, it’s polishing posts far too much. I shouted at it. HOW DO I STOP YOU DOING THIS? And it gave me an editing prompt. Which I could put into a gpt or just pdf it. Will probably share it as a mini lead magnet. Was wondering if anyone here would like to play with it? Probably removes about 60% of AI and marketing speak from posts, but doesn’t rewrite.
