IT Speaking Playground
Hi everyone, I've finally recorded a Loom video to introduce my small group program, here it is: https://www.loom.com/share/3ff7073ecf704d968f626713c42e84ef Feedback is welcome!

Just watched @Daniele Ponzo I think it's a solid walkthrough. Only things I'd say is maybe a quick section on social proof (even replacing some of the AI images with client results/text of things they've said after working with you. Also, not sure if you're open to sharing price or if you're using sales calls for this. I noticed you had the booking link in the doc so I'd say that would be clearer for the CTA. "I want to make sure this is the right fit for you, so it's why I'm inviting you to book a 30-minute Fit Call to make sure the IT Speaking Playground is the right space for you. On the call, we'll go deeper into the results you're aiming for, what life looks like right now in your career, and what the biggest roadblocks are. That way, we'll be able to determine if this is the right fit for you. If it is, we'll discuss the next steps". If you're planning to record this again, that's something along the lines of what I'd add. Also, energy-wise, a little bit more upbeat and excited about this would be something that would transmit, since you're framing it as a Playground. And communicating that idea of how communication becomes enjoyable when it's focused on the specific areas you need, and the safe environment of knowing you're not here to be judged, you're here to be helped. Etc. etc.

Also, now that you've got the transcript from Loom, you can even pop this into a GPT to generate some content ideas/emails to send because it gives a nice run-through of everything in your voice.
March Tracking: Reminder + Rewards
Hey all, Just a reminder we kick off the 2-week March Momentum tracking today. Tomorrow we'll have the 1st sprint session, and by now everyone should be clear on your goal for the next 2 weeks and have your actions ready to complete each day. If you're using the Notion tracker (recommended), you can duplicate it, and share with me for feedback/accountability. My email is kevin@playkstrategy.com For anyone who didn't complete this last month, here's what happened: Last month, everyone used the Impact GPT to create their clients goal and plugged their actions into the tracker. For the 2 weeks in March, you can do the same (recommended if you haven't done this before) or you can do it without the AI this time (if you completed this last month) since you now have a stronger idea of what to focus on/improve from the previous sprint. I'll use the first 30 mins of tomorrow's call @ 2pm to answer any questions or help anyone who is stuck getting things moving. For anyone new joining, click the Calendar tab to find the call and the Zoom link. Remember, those who track these 2 weeks and log your reflections on the Builder Board will be eligible for the end-of-month MasterMind as a reward (Tuesday, March 31st). We'll celebrate your progress, coach you through any bottlenecks, and preview your plans for April. There's also an extra reward I'll reveal at the MasterMind, but it's only for those who actually track and submit their work over these 2 weeks.. As you know by now, I like to reward effort 😉 Hopefully see you at the sprint tomorrow so we can keep your momentum going this month after a big push in February. Any questions, drop them below.

@Jade Arthur thanks for sharing it Jade. And if you want to avoid cold DM's, you can either start conversations in a way that doesn't pitch the offer but builds rapport first, explores their aspirations, finds a common point of interest between their wants and your cohort, then invite the next step (even if it's checking out a video about the Cohort because you believe they'd be a great fit). This is a longer process in the DM's (I call it RAIN: rapport, aspirations, internet, negotiation) But if you want to go deeper in conversations and build trust before making an ask, this is how. If you want to go the route without DM's (which I honestly don't recommend), your content needs to be really really good and pulling people in. Also, having your profile crystal clear can help. And connecting with the right people more frequently too.

@Jade Arthur great. Well ideally I would pick one goal to lead with first. 1-2 weeks of promo would be enough for the workshop, but I feel the cohort may require a bit more.
Update (Finally, Right?)
Hi everyone! I know I haven’t been around much lately, so I wanted to share a quick update on what’s been happening with me. First, my second Job Search Joy cohort started this week and I had two sign-ups, which I’m really excited about! 😊 As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been building a partnership with a gaming company called Malayla Interactive. When students complete Job Search Joy, they’ll have a chance to interview with the company. I’ve been structuring the cohort to prepare them for that opportunity, including tips and guidance that connect directly to what the studio is looking for. My next cohort will run in May, and Malayla’s founder and I are planning to host a live Q&A / “Get to Know Malayla” session, probably next month. The goal is to introduce people to the studio and show how the program helps candidates prepare for opportunities there. Ideally, I’d love for this program to eventually generate $3,000–$4,000 per month, but I know that will take time—especially while Malayla is still waiting on funding before they can officially hire employees. Because of that, I’ve also created something new called Game of Stories — a 3-day workshop designed to help educators learn how to turn lessons into narrative-driven learning experiences. I’ve already built the full presentation, and I’m hoping to run it once a month as another potential income stream. If you have a few minutes, I’d really appreciate any feedback on the overview video. I’m currently trying to gauge interest and refine how I present the idea. Here’s the video: https://youtu.be/VUFshaQf1Qk Thanks so much for any thoughts you’re willing to share! Oh, and thanks to the time change, I will be attending the next few sprint sessions!

@Jade Arthur re: pricing, if you want to use the workshop series to actually deliver the full product and everyone who joins leaves day 3 with results, then yeah price it in a way that gets them to commit. $97 for 3 workshops is fair, but on the other side of it, if you want to actually make sure people join and get solid numbers, you could have an early-bird discount if they buy before a certain date. Include a money-back-guarantee that if they show up, do all the work and don't feel it was valuable, then you'll give them the money back (having a risk-reversal helps with things like these)

@Jade Arthur worst-case you could run the first round for free and see how it performs (and what breaks). Then use that for testimonials, improve the workshops and charge next time! Just another way of looking at it since it's new :)

This is what Claude made for me in about 20 minutes of reiterations. Including all the drop down FAQ boxes, it even reviewed and then suggested improvements. https://fluentmedical.systeme.io/linkedinclinic

It looks nice Rach. Minimal but definitely clean. Maybe a photo of you somewhere in there might be nice 😉

@Rachel Williams yeah definitely a slept-on strategy, appreciate you sharing and congrats!!
OMG
A doctor signed up to the community so now I just have one in there!! Not sure what I'm going to do with her - or if she'll want to stay being only one - Ahhh. Do I advertise for more or let her have 1:1 sessions for like 60 a month?? My disorganisation is the death of me. I'm thinking, honesty is the best policy.

Yeah well if you want to get her as a client you can tell her the community launched in January but you quickly noticed more doctors didn't have the time to do XYZ so you created this offer for DFY. Book a call with her since she paid, fill her in and then see what she needs and if there's a middle ground offer you can make.
