January Update + Grant Guidance?
Hey everyone — happy New Year! 🎉 I wanted to share a little January update and say how grateful I am to be part of this community. A few interesting things happened over the holidays that genuinely surprised me. First… I had a LinkedIn post go unexpectedly viral.Over 300 reactions and 34,000+ impressions 🤯 It’s surprising the people it connected me with — folks I never would’ve crossed paths with otherwise. If you’re curious, here’s the link— it really seemed to resonate during the holidays. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/makethegradewithjade_makethegradewithjade-christmas-holiday-activity-7409593714521681920-dV0z?utm_medium=ios_app&rcm=ACoAACT-BWYBan-Zjd1lUT72_H5NkVP-VEgjC5A&utm_source=social_share_send&utm_campaign=copy_link I have this GPT to thank for the help: https://chatgpt.com/c/69598083-4944-832e-b676-0f900e1f995c I also have several calls lined up this week that could lead to opportunities (trying not to get ahead of myself, but cautiously optimistic). One of them is with a founder connected to a foreign language academy here in Tennessee. I pitched myself, showed value, created a slide deck, and now I’m having a real conversation for potential online consulting — and that feels like growth in itself. Another small but meaningful win: I met with a potential client who actively showed interest in working with me. That doesn’t happen often for me, so it meant a lot. They’re improving their English and want to move into gaming… which is very much my sweet spot. On the cohort side: my Maven program starts Monday. Only two people signed up, and I did lower the price, but I also asked for honest written and video testimonials if they find it valuable. It’s a start. I’ll use what I learn from this run to improve February, and I’ll likely try again in March (April will be lighter since I’m heading to North Carolina — a little gift I found under the tree this year 🎄).

That's great, Jade! And I agree with you, it's amazing to be part of the community! Lovely post, btw.
Clients Before Christmas Challenge 🎅
Hey everyone! Next week, we're kicking off the final challenge for 2025: Clients before Christmas. It's been a big year and this is my favourite way to round it off (helping you win one last time before we break for the holidays) If you're an active member of MM, or you joined the Anti-MasterMind last month, this is free for you to join. I'll be posting all the setup details on Monday and we kick off Tuesday. If you're joining over the weekend and here for the CBC challenge, a big welcome to you 👋 Feel free to introduce yourself to the community, let us know who you help, and what you'd love to achieve in the challenge. By doing this, you'll move to Level 2 and unlock more resources in the Classroom. And I'll also get a better sense of how best to support you through the challenge. Looking forward to the next 2 weeks. Let's make them the best Christmas gift you can give your business 😉 I'll update you all Monday with the set-up. For now enjoy the weekend, get some rest and we'll make December a month to remember. ~Kev P.S. Drop a GIF below to show me where your energy's at this time of year. Let's see what we're working with 😂

Bring it on!
My 1st live interview on Linkedin
Hello lovely people, As I mentioned during our Anti-Mastermind last week, I’ve been invited to a live LinkedIn interview tomorrow. It’s my first one ever, so I’m a mix of excited and slightly nervous. But more than anything, I wanted to share it here because it feels like a meaningful step in breaking my old “invisibility” pattern. No expectations, no need to attend.Just celebrating the inner shift of saying yes to something I used to hide from. Thanks for being a space where these small-but-big moments can be shared. With Love and Gratitude, Fadila https://www.linkedin.com/posts/colin-parsons-5a9aaa20_identity-belonging-and-the-courage-to-transform-ugcPost-7401666531341840384-Hz9k?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAB5r3KoBgkIxMhYuBNdmzUy3uIyvgJfgbF4

Congratulations, Fadila! I watched part of it (want to watch it all), but I think it was great! Well done! P.S. didn't know you were part Italian!
Pre-Sprint Prep ✅
Hey Builders, Looking forward to tomorrow's sprint and just wanted to make it even more efficient. So if you need my help before the call with what you want to focus on, or have any questions, feel free to message me privately on Skool. I can help you... That way, when you come in, you're ready to move and can make the most of the 45 money-making minutes. See you tomorrow 💸 ~Kev P.S. If you've kept up your 45-a-day and tracked this, you're already flying! Tomorrow's sprint completion makes you eligible for the week 1 reward so I'll get that to you over the weekend and we can discuss what you want a quick audit on 🧐

Getting ready for the sprint, Kevin!
I'm on the road again!
Hi Everyone, super happy to be back! I help Tech people to go out in the world and use English to connect, work and make new friends :) I offer a 10-week English accelerator course and a 5-week public speaking booster. My goal is to get at least 2 new clients (I have plenty of new leads... so it's the bare minimum!). Something about me... people say I'm very patient. I trained patience a lot in the past (painting Warhammer miniatures, watching 3-hour-long silent movies) and I keep training it (yoga, running, my little son...). So, we'll see if I have the patience to complete the spring next month!
