🏆 WEEKLY WINNER 🏆 Ari Evergreen
@Ari Evergreen just locked in lifetime Premium. Free. Forever. That's what the top spot on the 7-day leaderboard gets you in here. Show up, post hard, help people out, and the community rewards you for it. The 7-day clock just reset. Next Monday we crown the next winner. Could be you!! Here's how it works: - Post bad ass stuff - Help people in the comments - Share what you're building, what's working, what's breaking - Engage with other members' posts The leaderboard tracks all of it. Whoever sits at #1 on Monday wins. The prize, depending on where you're at: - Free member? You get lifetime Premium, free - Already Premium? We convert your account so you stop paying - Already VIP? We convert your VIP so you stop paying Either way, you stop paying. For life! @Ari Evergreen, congrats. You earned it. Everyone else, the next 7 days are wide open. Go.

@Ari Evergreen congrats! Well deserved. Looking forward to more insights from you
I ran the numbers on our top posts. The #1 was 229 characters.
I built a pipeline with Claude Code to look at what's actually driving engagement here. Classified the top 30 posts by how grounded each one is in first-person experience vs. repackaged content. The top post by raw engagement: 229 characters, no hook, no structure. Someone shared a specific win in two sentences. 581 engagements. We all know that was @Alexander Paschka's Good News post. The AI-polished ones mostly fell flat. You can tell when someone ran it through a structure. Staccato opener, tension-and-release, etc. This community catches on fast. What kept showing up in the high-engagement posts: specific tools the person actually used, real numbers, at least one honest admission. Nothing fancy. The details were already there because the work was real. Kind of what you get from actually working inside Jake's ICM. You don't have to construct the specifics, the folder structure already has them. What's your tell when a post feels real vs. assembled?

@Alex Harrison great review on this. I’m curious what it reported on mine recently. I wrote it myself and had chat fix typos and no context story. Curious what you got on your end
🎉 New Course: Davids Corner
🎉 Meet your new admin: @David Vogel Some of you have been watching this happen in real time. David has been quietly turning his "Show Your Work" posts into one of the most useful threads in this community for months. Resource roundups, deep-dives, honest takes on what's actually working in production. No fluff. No hype. 🛠️ So I gave him the keys. 🔑 David is now an admin of Clief Notes, and he has his own classroom: 🏛️ David's Corner. Go check it out. AI Acronym Overload? Here's the Cheat Sheet - Davids Corner 📂 What's in David's Corner He started with the resource post a lot of you bookmarked last week and has been steadily expanding it. As of right now you'll find: 🔥 Must Have Resources - 🎨 Looking for design inspiration? - 🧠 AI Acronym Overload? Here's the Cheat Sheet - ⭐ Some of My Favorite Resources 📚 Learning for Everyone - 🥊 Obsidian is BLOAT! Batter Up - 💰 Flip the Script — It's all about the $$$ - 👻 Do You Have a Soul? - 🔄 My AI Workflow Evolution 👨‍💻 Developer Resources - 🕵️ LEAKED: Ten Prompts from Experts - ⚡ Introducing the Hermes Stack 🎯 David and Jakes Picks (this one's going to grow) Plus he's curating trusted YouTube channels and a running list of favorite community posts on resources inside the corner. So if you wrote something good about a tool, a stack, or a workflow, that's where it might end up. 👀 He's adding more weekly. If something stops delivering, he wants to hear about it. That's how the corner stays sharp. 🔪 💡 Why this matters The Vault and The Drawing Room give you my methodology. David's Corner gives you a second lens. Same standards (battle-tested, no theory, no marketing slides), different angle. He's been in the trenches with tools and stacks, and he writes about them honestly. ✅ What you can do 1. 🔖 Go bookmark David's Corner in the classroom 2. 💬 Drop a comment under his posts when something works (or doesn't) 3. 📨 Got a resource that should be in there? Tag him. He's curating.

1st App done! Whoa…
Completed a HABIT Tracking app. “Set your daily HABITS you want to improve on and let the 8th wonder of the world, COMPOUND INTEREST , prosper you in achieving goals and creating new BETTER habits. OPTION MENU Displays your analytics from results of a week, month, quarter, etc. Steps: 1. told Claude chat what I wanted. I said it needs to be a free setup, no subscriptions or fees to start and it recommended I use GitHub, vercel and Supabase. This is to store the data it records when users check off tasks for their daily habits and tracks results. I wanted Oauth so people can login with email. Daily quotes revolving in the ui to keep up motivation. 2.told Claude chat to make me a plan to effectively build this organized and as a pro engineer. 3. Converted the chat into a short Claude Md file and a context file. 4.told it to give me a pro CS Eng folder structure and save it to my docs. 5. Pushed it to git hub and I told it to build. All from VScode we went to work…. And had more than 50% worth of tokens left, as I even used it for other ideas while it was building out task app. This was amazing. Thank you @Jake Van Clief !!! Looking forward to more content of yours. Now time to work on the UI.

@Koffi Kra thank you. Looking forward to see your work too
How are you guys staying on top of all the new repos, frameworks, ai/llm news, X posts etc
Curious how you all gather all the sources of information coming out on new agentic frameworks, concepts, AI news, youtube and podcast videos, blog posts etc? Are you building a scraper that ingests all this into your own knowledge wiki? Are you using the ICM approach to synthesize the raw sources?
