I Rebranded My Community Over One Weekend And Moved It From $5 A Month To A $47 One-Off
𝗧𝗟𝗗𝗥 - I rebranded Grok for Creators to AI Video Motion because so much of my own work is AI video that the old name no longer matched what I do. - I moved the price from $𝟱 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 $𝟰𝟳 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀. Existing members keep what they joined on. - The reason is payback speed. Skool needs its money back quickly on Growth Boost traffic, and a one-off gets it back on day one instead of over months. - I plan to start running ads, because at $47 the ad spend comes back much faster. I'm following Dan Harrison's model, which I know works. - Growth Boost has real problems, but I'd rather learn from the owners making it work than complain, so I'm copying the parts that fit. - This is my personal pivot, and it suits my situation. I'll share the results as they come in, including the bad ones. I'd put it at the top of the post, directly under the title, so people who only read the first few lines still get the point. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This weekend I took my Grok for Creators community and started rebranding it to 𝗔𝗜 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. New name, new images, new classroom. It's a pain, and there's still a lot to do, so this is a log rather than a result. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗜𝗩𝗢𝗧 I realised I'm doing so much video work with AI that I'm not concentrating on one platform any more. Grok was on the door, but it wasn't what I was actually doing every day. 𝗜𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲. 𝗪𝗛𝗬 $𝟰𝟳 𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗢𝗙 $𝟱 𝗔 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛 The success I've had with YouTube for Skool and Growth Boost made me look at the money differently. When Skool sends you traffic, they need their money back quickly, and a $5 monthly payment takes a long time to get there. 𝗔 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲. I didn't decide this lightly. I saw Dan Harrison do it with his community and thought it was genius. He's just crossed $100k MRR, so it's a model I know works and can follow. At this price, I also intend to start running ads, because 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿.

Thanks for the detailed share, Des, and I look forward to watching your progress.
Hi 👋 my name is Mona , and I suffer from SHINY OBJECT SYNDROME! 🤩
Even though I teach simplicity and focus in business to my members and clients, I still get trapped into chasing shiny objects from time to time. It happened to me again with Substack. I had no business starting a brand new Substack but I didn't realize it until something jolted me into reality. That's what this video is about if you want to hear the whole story. 👇 P.S. If you struggle with focus in your business and you want to make sure 2027 starts off strong. Be sure to check out my community. We are doing a Q4 Focus Challenge right now that would be perfect for you. You'll also get access to 2 live workshops I teach a month and a 30 minute clarity call when you join. If you are a coach or consultant, Clients for Coaches is for you! Question 👇 Do you ever suffer from Shinny Object Syndrome?

My new meaning for SOS!!!
I have a challenge to some Men in the communities...
First I would love to see these collaborations... To give some quick context I run the backend of virtual events so I see allot. Now recently I've seen these 3 ladies running a virtual event together and having a good number of ppl coming to learn. Now I run hundreds of events so I often see ladies pulling together, but I don't ever see men doing this. It seems guys always need to do it by themselves and well that is a hard road to travel. So I would like to talk with and see some men pull together and do some events. what are your thoughts on the matter.

@Traci Poe Thank you Traci!
Please allow me to introduce myself 😎
Just in case we’re new friends, or you could use a refresher on who the heck I am… Heyyyyy, I’m Alli Gatlin, aka self appointed Menace of Clarity, Blind author & coach with a hell of a moonwalk. 🌙 Typically I’m the gal yelling at folks to 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗴𝗹𝘆 and start feeling better. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗧𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗻 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻. I coach through identity, writing, branding, and business … helping people stop being successful on paper while feeling like crap in real life. ▶︎We’re eradicating “I’m fine” from your vocabulary…Getting the internal shit aligned… And building an external life you actually want to live. I bring 17 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, executive coaching, leadership consulting, and branding + plus a lot of laughs and some well-earned curse words along the way. 🖤 ▶︎𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱™ + 𝗪𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗬 a trending Skool community affectionately known as 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗚𝗘. And if you haven’t joined The Village yet, you’ll see me showing up messy, human, and as my whole-ass self. Please take that as your sign to do that shit too. 😘 ⏳Long story long…😂 When we work together, you’re gonna remember who you are, hear your own voice, and finally trust the person speaking. Thanks for writing with me, love bucket. 🖤 -Alli ☞𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 Now tell me, what’s one place in your life where “I’m fine” has been doing way too much heavy lifting?
Please allow me to introduce myself 😎
