I just want to check the numbers, as we will be wrapping up this group soon. It's been highly rewarding helping many people and getting to know you all through this community. I would have liked to see a few more people commit; however, the problem with free stuff is that people don't always follow through. If there are only a few responses, we will bring the date forward, as there are platform fees. As of today, we won't allow any new members to join, just so we can come to a natural end. Learn more. I love this programme and group and have been really grateful for being included. I am on holiday at the moment but really looking forward to starting the programme and tracking my progress. I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. Thank you for all your help @Mark Bryce
3 ingredient protein Brownie…. For the sweet tooth
Trying to come up with snack recipes that continue to be high in protein… no sugar added but sweet enough for those members who are more sweet than savoury… Recipe: place all ingredients in blender 2 sliced apples ( no need to peel) 2 eggs Half cup of organic powdered cocoa / cacao Blend all ingredients until smooth Preheat oven to 180 deg C… cook for approx 50 mins… For those who still need a little more sweetness… you could possibly drizzle in a small quantity of maple syrup / honey or other organic sweetener. I sprinkled the top with walnut and sunflower seeds prior to cooking..

Omega 3
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone can recommend any omega-3 supplements. I have heard a lot of brands are not actually providing the right ingredients, eg just filling it out with ‘stuff’ that doesn’t bring any benefits to the body, false advertising in labels, too ‘cheap’. I have seen theonia and they look promising, but always wary of what can be found online. Really keen to start taking as have heard the benefits are very good. Thank you for any support.

Monthly Challengers App
I've been experimenting with app builder tools, and I'm currently in the process of consolidating all my monthly challenges into a simple website. I have uploaded the first two challenges to the app: 1. 30-Day Plank Challenge 2. 21-Day Grit Challenge I would love for you to try it out and let me know what you think. When you go into the challenge the next day, it should automatically remember your history. I definitely want to try out both but I am going away in a couple of weeks. Can I start from 02nd November? Really up for trying both, so the 30 day plank challenge in November and then 30 day true grit in December 😊

I am sorry to hear that she isn’t feeling well, I wish her a speedy recovery. Sorry, I am new to the group, so I am not sure if this is the right question for this, but can you let me know when is the best time to take creatine? At the moment I’m drinking it straight after I have worked out. But not sure if this will get the best results.
