Trying to come up with snack recipes that continue to be high in protein… no sugar added but sweet enough for those members who are more sweet than savoury…
Recipe: place all ingredients in blender
2 sliced apples ( no need to peel)
2 eggs
Half cup of organic powdered cocoa / cacao
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Preheat oven to 180 deg C… cook for approx 50 mins…
For those who still need a little more sweetness… you could possibly drizzle in a small quantity of maple syrup / honey or other organic sweetener.
I sprinkled the top with walnut and sunflower seeds prior to cooking..
