convenient forgetting or procrastination
Well, here I am, late to the party. The 5 day challenge is nearly over and I'm just getting on the train. *sigh* Would there be another challenge this year?

I've just finished it in 2 hours, @Joan Goodnight and recommend you JUST START!!! I can't even describe how much has shifted for me in the past 2 hours. Just commit to 10 minutes. Video 1. You won't regret it!!! Good luck ... and check back in with us here once you've started!!
Report done
I'm blown away. The clarity this whole challenge (clever hyperfocus completed it all this morning after being too scared to start) has brought me is life changing. I am SO SO SO grateful for you, @Jim Ebbelaar . Thank you for sharing your time, energy, wisdom and insights so freely. This is exactly what I never knew I always needed, and I feel like a great weight has lifted ... so many years not knowing my authentic self or being too scared to meet her, and now I'm actually seeing the layers and layers and LAYERS of 'protection' I've built for myself. I am so excited to hear about the 6 week challenge and for once in my life, feel like I have the capacity and drive to start AND finish.

Catch up mode
I've just completed days 1 and 2 (yes, the shame is strong), and I wasn't expecting to feel so much, cry so hard, OR be able to untangle things I haven't been able to articulate for so many years. I'm bingeing days 3 to 5 today (it's Saturday here in Australia and my son is away so I can FOCUS!). I'm so SO grateful to be here, and particularly for the reassurance from Jim that came through the inbox yesterday about being late. Quick insight: my brain isn't irreparably broken! Open loop: finally downloading / installing microsoft suite on my 6-month old laptop I can't remember the third thing ... Excited to crack on!

Read this if you're "behind" in the challenge.
Today is day 5. But first, read this if you're behind. We started this week with over 200 of us showing up live. Some of you have been here every single day. Some of you watched Day 1 and then life happened. Some of you missed a day, felt the guilt kick in, and that familiar voice started whispering: "See? You can't even finish a free challenge." That voice is lying. It's running old code. Outdated software telling you that falling behind means failing. It doesn't. Everything is still there waiting for you. Every session, replay, AI question. Nothing has expired. The classroom has it all, organized step by step. And if you sat down today or this weekend and gave yourself about two hours, you could watch every replay and answer all 15 AI questions. That's it. Two hours to unlock your full personal transformation report, that might just change how you see yourself and honestly completely change your life like it did for many. And you have the entire weekend to do it. No rush. No pressure. Just you, the replays, and the AI questions at your own pace. This is your chance to prove to yourself that you can actually finish. Not because someone is forcing you, but because you chose to come back. That alone breaks the cycle. That alone rewrites the story of "I never follow through." And that full report? It only gets created when you complete all 15 questions. If you're sitting at Day 1 or Day 2 right now, your report is waiting for you. And believe me... it's worth it. So here's what to do: 1. Go to the classroom 2. Start where you left off 3. Watch the replays (you can even do 1.5x speed) 4. Answer your AI questions using voice, it helps you go deeper 5. Do the micro-tasks, they take minutes not hours Don't try to make it perfect. Just press play and start. Messy action beats perfect inaction. Every single time. Remember what we said on Day 1: if you fall behind, just come back. The people in that testimonial video? They almost quit too. They came back. And it changed everything for them.

This is so comforting, thanks so much @Jim Ebbelaar . I've had a rough week - life hasn't been kind, and I've missed IT ALL!!!! I have to catch up on a uni assignment tonight and then have time in tomorrow and Sunday to start catching up!!

@Lorna Boales yes I'm a single Mum working full time AND studying, with chronic illness and (obviously) ADHD. It's an interesting time, to say the very least!!!!
