It's the season for GROWTH
Spring is here.... Step outside. Growth is everywhere. Trees don’t hesitate. Grass doesn’t overthink. It just grows. This is the season of: → Energy → Momentum → Expansion → Moving from survival… to growth And here’s the truth most business owners avoid. Nature doesn’t carry dead weight. It sheds it. Fast. That branch that isn’t working? Gone. That part that drains energy? Removed. Because growth demands space. Business is no different. Most SMEs don’t fail because of bad ideas. They fail because: → They carry dead weight too long → They avoid the hard decisions → They stay busy instead of moving forward Right now… You don’t need more ideas. You need clarity. Ask yourself: → What needs cutting immediately? → What should I double down on? → Where am I active… but not effective? → What one move changes the next 90 days? This is your season. Not to think about growth. To step into it. Spring doesn’t wait. Neither should you. MAKE A PLAN, SET A GOAL, GET MOVING

Are you really an Entrepreneur??
Are you actually an entrepreneur… Or just someone who doesn’t like their job? Everyone wants the title. Few accept the reality. Entrepreneurs: → Carry the risk → Own the outcome → Get paid last → Solve problems daily → Keep going when it’s not working Employees want: → Certainty → Stability → Guaranteed income Nothing wrong with that. But it’s not entrepreneurship. Because this path comes with: → Pressure → Uncertainty → Failure → Mental resilience most people don’t have You won’t be tested on skill. You’ll be tested on whether you stay in the game. So the question is simple: Are you built for it… Or just attracted to the idea of it?

Speak Less, Act More
Today would've been the birthday of Charlie Chaplin. One of the first true global superstars. Not because of what he said. Because of what he did. No voice. No long explanations. No overthinking. Just expression. Intent. Action. He built connection across the world without saying a word. That tells you everything. Too many people think success comes from saying the right thing. It doesn’t. It comes from doing the right thing. Consistently. Visibly. With intent. Words might open the door. Actions are what make people stay. Chaplin proved you don’t need noise to be heard. You need clarity and action. “Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says more than a thousand words.” So today, ask yourself: Are you talking about it… Or actually doing it?

Very reflective, got to walk the walk not just talk the talk. Over the next couple of weeks I am looking at our processes as want to iron out any issues. Trying to build a service that stands out against the rest
No Weds Mentoring this week guys - sorry
Really sorry, but I’m tied up at an event this Wednesday evening so won’t be able to run the open SKOOL mentoring session. If anyone wants to lead it, let me know and I’ll happily share the link. Equally, if a few of you want to jump on and use the time to connect and chat, just shout...and i will add a generic link to the calendar Otherwise, I won’t be there this week, but look forward to catching up with you all this coming Saturday or next Wednesday. If you’ve got anything specific in the meantime, just drop me a DM or message in the chat. Speak soon, Mike.

The Cost Of Moving From Good To GREAT
Most people settle for good - Good business - Good service - Good team - Good results And they think that’s enough But here’s the truth “Good is the enemy of Great” That’s Stephen Covey And most people never get past good Not because they can’t Because they don’t realise how close they already are The gap between good and best Is rarely huge It’s marginal - A bit more discipline - A bit more consistency - A bit more attention to detail But the return Is exponential When you move from good to best → You attract better people → You build stronger loyalty → You stand out in a crowded market → You stop competing on price → You become known for something And here’s the big one: Your business becomes worth more Not slightly more Massively more Because buyers don’t pay premiums for “good” They pay premiums for → Market leaders → Category leaders → Best-in-class operators So ask yourself Where are you settling for good? Where are you close to great But not quite pushing through? Because the difference between good and best Isn’t time It’s standards Raise them ...And everything changes 👍
