✗ The confusion around why your followers love you but don't buy — and exactly what to do instead. ✗ The blank page paralysis of not knowing what your "one thing" actually is or how to package it. ✗ The overwhelm of having too many ideas and no clear vehicle to turn any of them into revenue. THAT'S WHAT THIS FREE SESSION DOES. Live at the Oracle Cards Magic™ Summit. [And those are only three things we clear up. There are more.] I've been running this method for 3 years. $8,580 in six weeks on Skool in September. $4,500 the next time in February. One repeatable 90-minute experience — built around what I already had. In this session I walk you through the exact framework. And you leave with your own Mini-Project idea and a clear path to monetise it. Mini-Project Magic™: Build the One 90-Minute Experience That Turns Rooms Into Revenue. 🎟️ Free. Live. No BS. 👉🏽 Grab your spot here These are my personal results. Individual results will vary based on your offer, audience, effort, and experience.

@Katya McEwen what time?
Why does it feel like nobody's home?
You check the feed. Silence. You post something. Crickets. You wonder if anyone even remembers they joined. This isn't a traffic problem. You got them in. This is an engagement problem. And it's fixable. At The Community Clinic, May 7-9, we spend an entire day diagnosing exactly why communities go quiet and activating them live, in the room, in real time. You don't go home and try it later. You fix it during the session. Free to attend live. Recordings for All-Access pass holders. 👉 Join & start fixing TODAY BTW We have managed to attract impressive group speakers/session moderators: @Des Dreckett @Liisa Reimann @Danielle Drew @Justin Yip @Mona Weathers @Simon Holley @Carol Tice @Paulo Costa, The Roaster @Ben Sherry @Chris Suckling @Matthew Burns @Mimi Ramsey

Looking forward to this!
#FriendFriday 🎉
It's time to celebrate each other! In the COMMENTS BELOW, please share a Skool community you think is doing really great things. It can be one you've participated in yourself or one that you've heard from others is amazing. Please do the following: 1. Tell us the name of the community and link to it (affiliates allowed). 2. Tag the person who owns the community. If they are not in the CLASSIFIEDS, then please send them a DM and let them know that you mentioned them here. I promise you will make their day! 3. Describe why the group is so wonderful and how it has helped you. Please DO NOT just copy and paste the About page! 4. Comment on each others comments and scroll through the referrals to see if there's an amazing group you are missing out on! Thanks so much for supporting each other and this community! Please note that any #FriendFriday mentions that are created as new posts will be deleted. Thanks! Please DO NOT promote yourself. 🤨. The entire community is for promoting yourself. This post is for celebrating someone else. 😊

@Heather Wilson Glad to! You're rocking it!
Why problem-solving videos grow Skool communities faster than chasing views
Most Skool owners think they need viral content to drive members. They don't. When someone searches YouTube for a specific answer to a specific problem, they are already motivated. They are not browsing for entertainment. They have a question and they want it solved. A video that answers that question clearly does not need to compete with anyone. It just needs to be useful. That viewer is also pre-qualified. Someone watching a video about a problem your community solves is already closer to joining than almost anyone you would reach through trending or entertainment content. They arrive with context. They arrive with intent. This is why the Skool community owners getting consistent YouTube-driven growth are not making flashy videos. They are making the video that answers the question their ideal member just typed into the search bar. If you are building a Skool community and want YouTube to do the heavy lifting on member growth, this is what we work on inside The Content Revenue Lab. https://tinyurl.com/TheContentRevenueLab Des Dreckett - The Content Revenue Lab

@Jeff Baer ah I see. Thanks for explaining
For Skool Owners building a Skool community
Most YouTube advice is built around entertainment channels. If you're using the platform to attract professionals who want to buy your expertise, the rules are different. Your audience is not scrolling for fun. They are searching for answers to specific problems. That changes everything about how you package your content, what you say in the first 30 seconds, and how you move them from viewer to community member. 759 members in The Content Revenue Lab. The majority are professionals over 40 using YouTube to grow their Skool community and monetise their expertise. If that's what you're building, this is the community for it. Free to join.
