Job Not Done - Morning Journal 3/5/26
Today, I’m reflecting on how society often fixates on winning, as if once you’ve got that win, the work’s done. But I see it differently. Even after a win, it’s not the time to give up or relax. I’m writing today with a clear mind, focused on leadership and controlling what’s within my reach. Winning is about being present, one moment at a time, letting those daily wins stack up. I’m reminding myself not to let up just because a victory came there’s more life to live, more purpose to fulfill. I’m leaning on my faith, knowing tough times will come too. The standard stays: keep pressing forward, keep growing, and stay close to the Lord. The season isn’t over so neither is the work.

Non negotiable for sure and just being able to keep that repetitive grind!
Walk
I’ve learned through my ups and downs with my own mental battle that when we walk we have a choice. We have a choice to walk alone or a choice to walk with Jesus. The enemy will tell you , you got this and then toss you down a road of instant gratification to fill the voids your feeling at the moment and then help you self destruct while imploding your self worth along with whomever or whatever is in your path . But walking with Jesus , he never said that the walk was going to be easy, but he did say he would never leave or forsake us and he died for us so we know we had eternal and everlasting life. The walk with Jesus is actually reversible he shows you where you need to walk in the fire but he wants you to walk in that fire with his protection so you come out stronger lighter and more equipped. So when you walk think of it as a ruck sack walking alone the further you walk the heavier you get but if you walk with Jesus the further you walk the lighter you get. Happy Thursday 💪
The Question:
If you had to prove you can do the job in two sentences without mentioning your degree or "passion," what would you actually say to a hiring manager?

The willingness to accept failure but never to old to learn. And I’m able to pass a drug and background check. That’s not me being funny That’s just the sad truth
