Query regarding the eligibility for PMP
Hi, I have almost 7 years' experience in Defect Reduction and Elimination on the Amazon catalogs. I am a Sr. Associate and have done a few projects. Am I eligible for PMP or do I have to go for CAPM first? Thanks in advance.

My understanding is that it is the application is not about work experience - you need to provide evidence that you have the correct number of months of project management experience. Your title does not need to be project manager, and you need to show that you have managed projects. 60 months if you don't have a degree. I think it's 36 months if you do. As long as you can provide the correct project experience then you can apply for PMP
PMI Study Hall?
Hi Everyone, I just scheduled my PMP Exam! Writing it on June 15th. I have been doing well with Andrew's tests on TIA Exams and have now received an email to join the PMI Study Hall. Does anyone have experience with this? Do you recommend doing the Study Hall in addition to Andrew's exam Simulators? Thank you in advance!

Ambiguous Questions
I've been taking practice questions and tests through PMP Study Hall and I am consistently getting about 70% right. So many questions that I get wrong seem to have multiple answers that could be correct. I've watched the mindset videos over and over and I haven't increased the number of questions I'm getting correct. For instance, this morning I had a question that was regarding stakeholders being upset about a deliverable. Two of the answers could have been correct to me. In this case, I was told to get to the root of the issue before acting. The two answers I was looking at were basically the following 1. Review the documented requirements 2. Call a meeting with stakeholders To me, I would want to re-review the requirements again before meeting with the stakeholders to see if we misunderstood the requirements and to ensure I was familiar with what we had discussed prior to meeting with the stakeholders to understand what is upsetting them. I chose answer 1 with this thought process. The answer was #2. I'm trying to understand why this would be the correct answer, since I thought you should analyze the issue before acting, and both seem like it would be part of the process of analyzing the issue, but I would have done #1 before meeting with the stakeholders. Thoughts on why I got this wrong? Edit to add: Here's the exact question from the PMP Study Hall practice exam. Multiple stakeholders express dissatisfaction with a project deliverable. What should the project manager do next? A. Review the final scope statement. B. Update the risk management plan. C. Review the documented project requirements. D. Schedule a meeting with the stakeholders.

I would say D because you need to understand what the dissatisfaction from the stakeholders is before taking another action.

I would have thought B first because the Agile mindset is to include the team first. The team might decide that the best thing to do is to bring in additional training/support.
