Quick Reference Guide?
I've scheduled my PMP exam for July 17th. Does anyone know of any good quick reference guides? I'd love to have a small packet or something to refer to formulas, earned value, net present value, critical path, types of graphs/charts, or any other similar things that would be great to study some of those things instead of digging through the books or class documentation.

@Manzurul Nazim Yes, exactly! I finished the class and got approval to take the test a while ago. Before I scheduled the test, I had to submit some accommodations for the testing center due to my low back issues and inability to sit for long periods. Once I did that and paid for the test, they gave me approval to schedule and I scheduled the test. The next date available for my local testing center was July 17th.

@Manzurul Nazim I did a mock test last weekend on PMI Study Hall. I simulated the actual test day, taking 10 minute breaks only after 60 questions, and with no materials other than scratch paper. I got a 75% on it, and Study Hall gave me a list of all the areas and told me how well I did on questions for each of those areas. So now I now areas that I need to review and I will do another sample test in a couple of weeks.
Ambiguous Questions
I've been taking practice questions and tests through PMP Study Hall and I am consistently getting about 70% right. So many questions that I get wrong seem to have multiple answers that could be correct. I've watched the mindset videos over and over and I haven't increased the number of questions I'm getting correct. For instance, this morning I had a question that was regarding stakeholders being upset about a deliverable. Two of the answers could have been correct to me. In this case, I was told to get to the root of the issue before acting. The two answers I was looking at were basically the following 1. Review the documented requirements 2. Call a meeting with stakeholders To me, I would want to re-review the requirements again before meeting with the stakeholders to see if we misunderstood the requirements and to ensure I was familiar with what we had discussed prior to meeting with the stakeholders to understand what is upsetting them. I chose answer 1 with this thought process. The answer was #2. I'm trying to understand why this would be the correct answer, since I thought you should analyze the issue before acting, and both seem like it would be part of the process of analyzing the issue, but I would have done #1 before meeting with the stakeholders. Thoughts on why I got this wrong? Edit to add: Here's the exact question from the PMP Study Hall practice exam. Multiple stakeholders express dissatisfaction with a project deliverable. What should the project manager do next? A. Review the final scope statement. B. Update the risk management plan. C. Review the documented project requirements. D. Schedule a meeting with the stakeholders.

This question has been bugging me and I talked it through my dad who was a PMP from 25 years ago. We think PMI may be testing mindset here. Collaboration and communication are most important. While both answers C and D may ultimately be possible to be correct, depending on the situation, if you have the right mindset, you’d choose to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders first and foremost.

@Andrew Ramdayal Thanks for your response! Why wouldn’t C be an answer? My original thought process was to understand what requirements we documented, then meet with the stakeholders to figure out the root of the problem. If you go meet with the stakeholders without reviewing what we documented, then you may not be able to identify the issue. The only thing I could say is to follow the mindset of collaboration first, so pick that answer, but in this case, I think C is just as viable of an answer.

C? Subject Matter Experts should be consulted when the team is unfamiliar with any part of the project (at least that's my understanding).
