Week 3: Soothe - What is your plan for this week?
Hey Gang, what's the plan for this week? Is it to do the coherence breathing, to do the shake, tap, slap? Maybe it's stretching, if so, how long etc. Just by writing it down, you increase your chance of success, so I cannot wait to read your pledge. Mike

I will continue to do the stretches with sips, now 5 times per week, I'll continue to Walk outside 1-2 hrs daily (weather permitting), I will continue the Shake, tap, and slap every morning, and coherence breathing for 20 minutes daily. I will continue to meditate on my breath in a 4-6 pattern at bedtime.
Week 2: What is Your Pledge/Commitment?
Use this space to make a promise/commitment to yourself for this week. I plan to stretch for 25 mins every day with hums and sips, the. get outside for an hour of walking and daylight and finally make my home dark as I can... etc I cannot wait to read them, Mike

It's so inspiring to read everyone's commitment! Thank you all for sharing. I commit to spend 2 hrs outside every day, weather permitting. I commit to do my 5 daily exercises for a total of 25 minutes per day, including the hums. and the sniffs. I commit to breathing meditation every day, morning and evening. I commit to trying mouth tape, nasal strips, blue blocking glasses. I also commit to, whenever I realize that I am lost in thoughts about the past or the future, to return to the now.

@Ruth Shaw Good Morning, Ruth, I felt compelled to reply to your message as daughter has chronic fatigue as well. I wonder if even just sitting or gentle stretching outside would count/be beneficial? Sending gentle hug your way.

Can I just say, Mike, what a brilliant weekend of sessions that was! You give your heart and soul to this and share your knowledge and enthusiasm so generously. Very educational, very doable clear practice, great facilitation/mentoring and warm holding of the space - I appreciate you! Lovely to meet the group too 😍

Hello Agnes! I'd love to be your buddy! We seem to have very similar goals: better sleep, more calm, more energy, and if I may be ambitious better focus.
