Basically, all of recent campaigns have been VERY HIGH bounce rates (20-30%). I logged in my inboxes and found all the bounces with the same message: "Message blocked" Do you think my domains senders reputations are all cooked and I should just wipe down the infra and start over? Lead sourcing: I scrape sales navigator leads with vayne.io then feed that into AnyMailFinder then verify with MillionVerifier. All campaigns in the screenshots are verified except the 797/2.4k one (that one was from October when I didn’t know the importance of verification) Inboxes: All Google bought from Instantly DFY. warmed all up 4 weeks before starting sending. They’re also all set to 18 emails per day with slow ramp because of the google suspensions. Weird part: I did 3 inbox placement tests and as you can see they seem excellent, so I’m frustrated because that means deliverability isn’t an issue right? I mean nothing is going to spam so why are they all bouncing so much???!!! I have my spintax & copy in check as well to make sure it's not spam, but didn't do these before November. I ran a big list of 2.4k in October without verifying and 790 ended up bouncing (my mistake didn't know back then). I'm thinking this might a big reason why my reputation tanked? I checked my domains with mx tool box as well and attached screenshot, not on any blacklists or huge issues. Really lost on what to do here. Would appreciate any input. Been feeling so bummed since i can’t get a proper campaign launched in over a month. Pls ask any further questions if need TLDR: all of my campaigns are having high bounce rates and being blocked, despite perfect deliverability(100% inbox placement). wondering wtf is going on. Is wiping down my infra and starting over with new domains/inboxes best way to go?

How do you audit lead lists for ICP fit before sending? I used to rely on the Apify + Apollo workflow for pulling leads, but recently I tried a different Apify scraper and now I’m unsure about list quality. It looks fine on the surface, but I don’t want to find out it’s bad only after my deliverability takes a hit. Before you send, how do you actually audit a list to make sure: - It truly matches your ICP - The titles, industries, and company sizes are accurate - You’re not about to blast a low-quality or poorly targeted list Specifically: - What checks do you run on a fresh list before approving it for outreach? - Do you sample manually, run it through enrichment, score it, or all of the above? - Are there any quantitative benchmarks you use (bounce rate expectations, % title match, company size match, etc.)? I’m trying to build a proper pre-send QA process so I’m not learning the hard way after domains get burned. Would appreciate any real workflows or tools people use for this.
