The most urgent and desperate problem for business owners of any size... ...Is CASH FLOW! The bigger the business, the bigger the monster and scarier it is for them. a 5 figure biz owner with a cash flow sitch won't take a nice vacay this year. a 7 figure biz owner with a cash flow sitch loses sleep over who he/she needs to fire. Now... The bigger/older businesses tend to have more ASSETS in the way of customers, prospects, old leads, churned customers, direct mail addies, cell phone numbers, etc... Most cash-producing assets sit collecting dust. Why? Because they do the one or two things, they know how to do. They don't have the time, energy or know how to do something "new". I believe you kick ass or kiss ass in life. Now… I’m not a big self improvement dude. I don’t need a prescription for hitting a goal. When I take off my brain and look… I mean really look… Most things are simple at the core. Let’s take a goal I am en-couraging every Ronin to set their sights on: $1k a day every day… There are only 3 main ingredients: I am numbering these so you know I mean business 😂 1. A plan that with a thimble of energy can produce a truckload of output. Plans that fail have little leverage. Plans that win turn gravel into gold with leverage. 2. Starting. Like really starting with commitment. Not a lackadaisical “try”. Most say they are “trying”. That’s a big hint they haven’t actually started. 3. Stop stopping: If you have a leveraged plan and you actually start with commitment…the only thing that will stop you is if you keep stopping! Stop stopping. 1 is important. But without 2 and 3… I see folks twist in the wind for years. They keep “trying on” and then blaming different plans. What I’ve experienced is even if the plan isn’t perfect… If you START and STOP STOPPING you WILL kick ass! Then that knowing you can kick ass seeps into your DNA. Then you start accomplishing things that takes your spouses breath away. Your kids tell you that they think you have super human powers. I dunno? A plan? A committed start? Never stopping?
