Random confession
I often have mini panic while I’m reaching out to sellers because I feel like an imposter, like I have no idea what I’m doing and I won’t be able to figure anything out, but I know that all of these negative thoughts are by design to try and keep me from doing something different with my life, so I persist anyway. Anything I don’t know now, I’ll learn as I go. I try to remind myself every day.

When you are discouraged...
When you are discouraged, write down your "Why", review it multiple times a day. Remember "why" you are doing this and understand this is hard. But you can do this.

Any transactional funding in North Carolina?
I am working on a remote contract in North Carolina. While I work out the deal with the seller and buyer, North Carolina requires double closings on wholesale deals. Before getting to the closing table I wanted to reach out and see who is available in the group. Thanks
