Finally got a real response from a seller
He wanted way more than the land is going for in the current market so we weren’t able to come to a consensus, but he is interested in selling so I’m going to circle back in a few months 🤞🏾

Random confession
I often have mini panic while I’m reaching out to sellers because I feel like an imposter, like I have no idea what I’m doing and I won’t be able to figure anything out, but I know that all of these negative thoughts are by design to try and keep me from doing something different with my life, so I persist anyway. Anything I don’t know now, I’ll learn as I go. I try to remind myself every day.

I got a list of water shutoffs and I’ve been texting people for the past couple of days. I’ve gotten 3 no’s so far 💪🏾 3 no’s closer to a yes

I saw someone else post the texts they send to sellers and I decided to try it to see if I got a better response rate. So far more people have replied to this formatting than what I was sending before
