Is anyone actually working?
I have a builder that will BUY. I dont have a wholesaler that will focus on finding lots ans tear downs. I am shocked that people will not stop searching for random lots to source for a guaranteed buyer.

@Keystro Vault I assume if the person is a builder, then they are probably looking for .25 acre to 1 acre building lots that have access to public road, have access to utilities, likely not in a flood zone, and the biggest issue the lot is not already in a active development (another developer's project)?

Multi Line Dialer Recommendations?
Zach mentioned a 10 line dialer and I think he said Max has a 14 line dialer but im not entirely sure since im not in his community. What multi line dialer is everyone using?

The Grind
I’m about 4 1/2 months in on wholesale journey. Had a my first deal locked up about a month ago but had to cancel because I was off 10k from making 10k (rookie mistake). Its hard balancing college, work, and building this business but I truly feel that I’m built for this…I’m far from feel discouraged matter of the fact I feel like I’m getting hungrier by the day. I’ll soon see the the fruit of my labor…god got me and imma keep working 🫡💯 #1%better

Hang in there I have made thousands of calls. I will say that your connection rate is much better than mine. If wholesaling was easy then everyone would do it. I am glad it is hard, it thins the herd.
