Why is Support so good? We shouldn't be spoiled by having Support that ACTUALLY SUPPORT! The second time in two weeks, I had an issue. Not that the system was not working properly, but probably a ID 10 T error on my part. I reached out to support, got through to the superstar @Hari Prathap Balamurugan once again, and with all the skill and focus of a Ninja Warrior, he sorted the issue out for me. Thanks @Hari Prathap Balamurugan - you are a super star! And also @Jorden Williams and the rest of the team for putting together such an amazing product with amazing support!

I wont get too sappy here but I cant believe how much we all (that is including you) have accomplished in the last 2 years. It genuinely feels like a giant family and its super super heart warming to see. Over the past two years, we have had mountain highs and valley lows - we have experienced crazy growth, and the good and bad outcomes of crazy growth. We have built some of the best deployable agent technology in the agency and enterprise game (so im told) and none of that even compares to the family and community that has been built. I always get asked whats next? What are the plans? The plans are to double down on what we do best and to continuously innovate to serve our community and put scale and efficiency in the hands of business owners who wouldnt have been able to do it without AI. Quick question: I’m running into a snag with the Self-Selling State-Based Framework | Snapshot Jordan dropped ~10 days ago. When I open the self-selling assistant, I do see a linked number… but when I check under “Number”, it isn’t actually linked to any assistant. I’ve tried dragging from the dropdown and hitting save like we normally would — but it just refuses to stick. Feels like I’m doing the right dance, but the music ain’t playing.
