Whats everyone's opinions of 3v3 matches in grassroots, smaller pitches, faster pace and more game time ( fitting 4 3v3 games on one 5v5 pitch). No goalkeepers are needed, when I first heard this I was a bit baffled because as we all know there isnt an abundance of goalkeepers. Looking back on it at the young age that 3V3 would be played I saw so many teams without goalkeepers and having to rotate all the players ect so could this help develop the fundamentals and then when the intrest is there youll end up with a goalkeeper with great footwork or will it become even harder to find a keeper ?
