Number Busy Tone
We had someone violate a rule in Twilio so we have a temp outage with numbers older than 6 months (Twilio based numbers) - we have submitted proper evidence and been acknowledged so we are just awaiting the switch on. In the meantime, we will help you trunk or get a native telnyx number to keep you going on a 1-on-1 call; just drop a comment and the team will get you on a call immediately Hoping this resolves today and we are porting those numbers over to telnyx afterwards to prepare for voice version 3 and native CRM launch in november

Phone lines not working
All phone lines not working for my account. Put in ticket. Figured id come here due to urgency and very pissed off client. Would love to help with workspace info but cant access portal on any device thru createass… or my white label domain
Client Phone Numbers Stop Working
I don't know what is going on by I keep having phone numbers stop working on my client sub accounts. It started with two client that were on auto recharge and then for some reason the auto recharge failed and put them in negative and their account stopped working, So then we got them in the positive but their phone numbers never started working after that. Then today I have a client that their number stopped working and they never have gone negative on their account so I know that was not the issue. The only thing I can do to get this working is to trash the number and buy a new one. I hope the root problem can be found to this issue.

@Gabe Monroy same here. Got a pissed off client claiming his phone line has been intermittent and i now verified everyone of our lines are not working.
Claude rocks for prompt engineering and RAG optimization
I was struggling with a prompt and RAG knowledge base for days. Decided to use Claude to help me diagnose and rebuild it, within 30 minutes, I fixed a problem that had stumped me for days. What made the difference: - Claude excelled at structuring data for RAG retrieval - Caught edge cases I missed in my pricing logic - Created both markdown AND JSON formats without asking - Spotted ambiguities in my original prompt that were causing issues Takeaway: Different AI tools have different strengths. For structured data work, prompt engineering, and systematic problem-solving, Claude definitely gets my vote.

@Felipe Ortiz if your troubles with KB have to do with hallucinations and you’re needing it to go strictly by your KB data, turn off your agents ability to go online (scrape url, internet access, etc). It prioritizes url scrapes and internet searches over knowledge base.
Knowledge base working?
I've created a Q&A formatted KB for a client, but the voice assistant isn't pulling any information from it. It's working with Chat, but I cannot get it to work with voice. I clicked the ENABLE VOICE then the CONFIRM button in the popup, and it just spins. After awhile, the popup closes, and the ENABLE VOICE button is still active.

for voice, keep q and A format but upload using text option. You must also have voice KB enabled
