What can I ACTUALLY post in your COMMUNITY… like for real though?…
Because I see SO many people mumble this same thing over and over again… “No one posts in my group…” “No matter what I do it’s really hard…” “Yes they comment sometimes… BUT I totes wish people would actually POST…” So first up… 👉 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗜 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗣?? Like… if I joined right now… would I KNOW what to say… or would I be sat there like ummmm… what even goes in here… 😅 Drop it below 👇 2… 👉 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀…like proper KNOW KNOW… not just buried in a welcome post from 1842 that no one ever reads again 😏 3… 👉 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗔𝗦 𝗙*𝗖𝗞… like embarrassingly simple… don’t make it hard work… none of us want to sit there overthinking a post like it’s some kinda exam… “is this right… does this go here… what if it’s wrong…what if I look stupid…” pffffttt NOPE. Easy. Obvs. DONE. WOOP 👉 NOW… Drop yours below… AND THEN go do a post in your group telling everyone it… like straight after… not later… not “I’ll come back to this”… NOW 😏 I’ve got loads more tips on this (get peeps wanting to speak kinda stuff) (like making it about THEM not you… which is a whole other convo 👀) but I’ll save that for another post… (unless you beg me… tee hee 😏) Right… quick share from me because I’ve literally just done this… THE BACKROOM!! (yes… I got a little bit OTT with categories before… like… WAY too many… looked cute… did not help anyone MOVE 😅) So we stripped it RIGHT back… Now we’ve got 4… (and honestly… might go to 3… because ain’t that the magic number… WOOOP 👀) 𝟭 — 𝗪𝗢𝗢𝗣𝗦 (𝗮𝗸𝗮 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗦… 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗠… 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲) - I made $10 and I’m gonna blow it on ice cream 🍦  - I finally sent the email I’ve been procrastinating over for 7 months and now feel like a badass - I said NO… like a full sentence… NO ALL OF IT COUNTS… we celebrate the tiny stuff AND the big stuff… because that’s how you build momentum 𝟮 — 𝗪𝗢𝗕𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦 (𝗮𝗸𝗮… 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗛*𝗧) - Fck… I had a shit week… could not get motivated at all… - Not even looking for advice… just feel a bit alone in this… - I farted really loud on my Skool live and now I wanna disappear off the internet forever 😭 - I used to love Facebook but now it just feels like constant drama and I cba - I wanna say what I actually think… but people-pleaser me is like “absolutely not, stay quiet”

@Mimi Ramsey I do but there's always room for improvement. Just had great feedback and suggestions from Elise Hodge.
Real leadership sometimes means saying the thing people would rather you didn’t say.
RIGHT… STORY FOR YA Years ago I had this friend who told me she couldn’t watch horror movies because it was “dark energy.” Like could not be in the house if one was on. She’d be like “nope… I can’t be around that energy… it’s bad… I need to go out.” Proper kerfuffle about it… big energy speech…EW Meanwhile… she’s sat there eating a sausage sandwich… And I remember sitting there thinking (in my head OBVS because back then I kept my mouth shut)… hang on a second… so let me get this straight… you can’t watch a horror film because of DARK ENERGY… but you’re eating an animal that was enslaved, tortured, slaughtered, chopped into pieces and shoved into a sausage… and that energy is totally fine. WTF Now before anyone gets their knickers in a twist… this post isn’t actually about veganism. That part just happens to be a true story. The real point is this… Back then I stayed quiet. I didn’t say anything. Not because I didn’t have the thought (OBVS the thought was there loud and clear in my head)… but because I didn’t think it was my place to say it out loud. I’m not that person anymore. Now I understand something that took me a long time to learn. I have a VOICE for a reason. Not to attack people, not to be nasty DUH… but to stand up for the things I actually believe in. So yes… now I will absolutely speak up for animals. If I see someone kick a dog… I will say something. If I see someone mistreat a human… I will say something. Not with violence, OBVS… but with my voice. Because silence helps nobody… And here’s where this loops right back to business (HELLO… you knew that bit was coming) Too many people are trying to build businesses while tiptoeing around their own opinions… scared to say something, scared to offend someone, scared someone might disagree, scared someone might unfollow them… all that polite little dance. But leaders don’t sit quietly hoping everyone approves of them. Leaders LEAD! They stand for something. They say the thing others are too nervous to say out loud. They have conviction. They have perspective. They have a BACKBONE

Really like BOROSAURUS 😆 did you come up with it?
Stop Playing Small in Your Business: Find Your Voice and Lead the Damn Industry...
YES It’s happening… That moment where you suddenly realise you’ve been sanding down the very edges that make you powerful, softening things, holding back, making your voice just a little bit nicer so everyone else stays comfortable, and the more I noticed it the more it irritated the life out of me… Because that is NOT why I’m here. I didn’t build MYM and my 1:1 containers so we could all sit around playing small and sounding like everyone else, posting the same safe-same content and hoping someone somewhere notices, fck that NO chance (not on my watch) So here’s the shift. The bar is going UP, properly up, inside MYM and inside my 1:1 spaces, and I’m talking higher standards, stronger voices, less shrinking, less second-guessing, less watering ourselves down just to keep the room comfortable. More SPINE. More CONVICTION. More women who know they are not here to blend in, they are here to LEAD! Because the women in my world aren’t dabblers, they are industry shapers, women with something real to say and the guts to actually say it… I walk the walk, I always have, strong STANDARDS, strong VOICE, strong BACKBONE, and from here on out we’re saying it WITH SPINE and setting the damn standard instead of asking permission to exist in the room. Mimi Ramsey - Say It With Spine. Lead the Damn Industry. Now I’m totes curious… Where in your business do you KNOW you’re ready to stop playing small? Drop below. I want to see who’s stepping the ef up…

I need to change my profile pic first - it's not saying it with spine. I'll be back 👊
I’m gonna share something I reckon 99% of business owners wouldn’t…
Why wouldn’t they? Because they don’t wanna be judged. They don’t wanna look like they’re wobbling. They don’t wanna admit something feels OFF. They wanna keep the pretty-in-pink picture rolling where everything is EPIC AF 24/7 and nobody ever has a grumpy thought or a “hmmm this ain’t sitting right” moment. No cracks. No dips. No honesty. But nah that’s not me. I don’t run my business on pretending. I run it on INTEGRITY. My values run the show, not my fear of what someone might think about me if I say the slightly uncomfortable thing out loud. So here goes then I’ve been feeling a bit deflated in business lately. Not about my skills. Not about what I’m good at. Not about my clients. I know what I’m epic at It’s the landscape For example. I totes love Skool. It’s fricken awesome. I’ve met epic humans on there. I’ve grown things on there. No shade to the platform. But I joined a community that was all about sharing and promoting your business. More eyeballs, more visibility, woopity woop, let’s go. And yes, I know how to stand out in those spaces. I’ve had members and clients from them. That’s not the issue. The for me issue is this… There was one. Then two. Then about 77 doing the EXACT same thing. Same threads. Same “drop your link.” Same surface-level promo energy. Same vibe, just different logos etc etc… And I’m sat there sacrtching my head thinking… why am I in 77 versions of the same room when one would do? So yeah that’s grump number one. Grump number two is the fast-growth hype train. “I got 1,000 members in 7 days.” “We hit 5k this month.” Brilliant. Clap clap. Then you step inside and it’s tumbleweed. Or worse, engagement bait posts that mean absolutely gaff all. And then the owner disappears. The hype dies. The group goes flat. And I’m like… if it was THAT strong, why did it collapse the minute the noise stopped? That’s not community. That’s momentum marketing pfffttt Grump number three, and this is where I’m being properly outspoken, is this obsession with NUMBERS without DEPTH. Member count. Follower count. Screenshots. But where’s the damn connection? Where’s the implementation? Where’s the leadership once the hype stuff settles?
I’m gonna share something I reckon 99% of business owners wouldn’t…

I saw your comments in another community - not sure which one now! I'm procrastinating a bit starting my community - need to put a bomb under myself and just for it.
