Hi everyone! I just joined this program and I am excited to see where this program can take me! - ✍🏾 My name is Jillian Michelson - 🎯My goal is to start a career as a medical sales rep and be able to grow into larger roles within the company I am employed at. - 🏆 I recently graduated from Bryant University. I graduated with my Bachelor in Biology with double minors in Management and Psychology. I have struggled with finding what I want to do for a profession and my goals seem to change all the time! I originally went to school wanting to be a Pediatric PA, but I realized that I don't want to go to graduate school and would rather start a career that still allows me to pursue what I studied while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. As for relative experience, I completed an internship at Tides Family Services for one of my psychology classes my senior year. I shadowed social workers while they checked in on kids in the community, participated in social events, and familiarized myself with documentation. I have been a waitress at various restaurants and bars. This summer, I worked the most shifts from Memorial Day to Labor Day, working 66 shifts and generating $109,855+ in revenue for the establishment. I want to combine my studies in school with my ability to interact with clients that makes a meaningful impact on patient's lives. - 📍 I am from Milford Massachusetts, which is about forty minutes from Boston and a half hour from Providence! - 💡 I hope to learn what division in sales I will be the most successful and happy in. I don't have a preference right now and cannot wait to figure out the best spot for me with this program.
