Yesterday, my absolutely adorable bride and I marked our glorious 28th wedding anniversary with a day of pure bliss! We kicked things off with a leisurely jaunt to the Signor Vineyard—because who doesn’t love sipping wine like royalty?—followed by a chuckle-worthy stop at the Fat Ass Vineyard and Brewery (yes, the name alone was worth the trip!). We capped off the evening with a swoon-worthy outdoor dinner by the water, where the ambiance was as lovely as my better half. I’m one ridiculously blessed fella—28 years and still head over heels!

I had been running consistently for a while now and after my old beated up gym shoes, turn running shoes got soaked in rain, I knew it was time to treat myself to something new. My plan was to go to Walmart and get something cheap. But on my way back from an errand, I took a detour-that's when everything changed. I walked into the local store specializing in running shoes. And from the welcome greet, to picking the right shoes for me, the service was flawless. There was just one problem, the price. $165! I didn't plan for that. But as I looked at the shoes all I could think about was the confidence I will get from wearing and how happy I will feel. I left the store with it without thinking. This was my first time buying above my comfort zone. So I am curious, what was the first piece of item you bought that made you buy above your comfort zone? And what was the reason you bought it.

Mondays are my favorite!! It’s the start of another new week with new challenges and keeps me busy for sure.
