Why Smart Entrepreneurs Are Turning to White-Label Agency Services
If you’re looking to grow your business without building expensive software or hiring a massive team, white-label agency services are your secret weapon. Here’s why: 1. Instant Credibility & Authority With a white-label platform like GoHighLevel, you can offer professional marketing automation, funnels, and CRM solutions under your own brand. Your clients see your expertise, not the tool—so you look like a full-stack marketing agency overnight. 2. Recurring Revenue Without Extra Work Charge clients monthly for services like automated email campaigns, SMS follow-ups, and lead management. Once your systems are in place, you earn predictable income every month, while automation handles the heavy lifting. 3. Scale Without Hiring Staff Forget adding employees or managing a large team. Automation workflows, pipelines, and AI tools let you serve multiple clients simultaneously, freeing you to focus on strategy and growth. 4. Full-Service Offerings With Zero Development Costs No need to create complicated software or hire developers. You get all-in-one tools ready to go, from funnels to automated client communication, giving your clients high-value solutions instantly. 5. More Time to Focus on Growth & Strategy Instead of spending hours on manual campaigns or client follow-ups, you can focus on winning new clients, upselling, and scaling your agency. Automation does the repetitive work for you. 6. Client Retention & Satisfaction When clients see consistent results from automated campaigns and professional dashboards, they stick around longer, pay more, and trust you to grow their business—building long-term partnerships instead of one-off projects. Bottom Line: White-label agency services are not just a tool—they’re a business accelerator. They let you deliver premium results, scale faster, and generate recurring revenue all under your own brand. If you’re serious about growing your agency without reinventing the wheel, white-label services are your shortcut to credibility, revenue, and freedom.
GHL emails
Hey everyone. Do you typically warm up your email domains before you start campaigns (if using GHL). I heard that the GHL tech goes directly into junk box spam folders... so almost pointless. whats everyone else's experience?

@Mark Young Yep, always warm up your domains before sending campaigns in GHL. it’s not the platform that causes spam, it’s usually poor domain reputation or missing setup. Make sure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are all verified, send small batches for 2–3 weeks, and keep your list clean. Once that’s dialed in, GHL delivers really well we’ve seen 90%+ inbox rates consistently.

Missed Call Textback Setup
Hey guys, im looking for a wee bit of advice with set up of the Missed Call Textback. I'm based in the UK and speaking to home service businesses like Roofers and cleaners. An objection I've came across a few times today is about changing numbers. Say for example they have their business number setup on their Google Business Profile, website etc how would you setup the new twilio number to fire, would you just get the client to forward calls to the new twilio number or is there an easier way. Thanks.

@Stevie Mclaughlin you don’t need to change the client’s main number, just keep their existing business number as-is and set up call forwarding from that number to the new Twilio number. In GoHighLevel, make sure the Twilio number is set for outbound texts and enable “missed call text back,” then add the client’s real number as the forwarding number. That way, their public number stays the same, and the automation still works perfectly behind the scenes

The Expensive Mistake Most Businesses Make With Marketing
Advertising. Branding. Marketing. Do you really know the difference? Most people use these terms interchangeably. And that’s an expensive mistake. When you blur the role of each function, you blur what success looks like. That’s how you end up: 🚫 Chasing awareness when what you need are conversions 🚫 Trying to “build trust” through media buying alone 🚫 Fixing ad copy when the real problem is a broken brand strategy Here’s what each actually does 👇 📣 Marketing = The Plan The overall strategy for positioning, product, and execution Defines what you sell, who you sell to, and how 🎨 Branding = The Identity How your business makes people feel Builds trust, recognition, and long-term value 🪧 Advertising = The Engine Distributes your message and drives conversions Turns attention into measurable growth When you don’t separate them, you create confusion. Not just inside your team, but in your entire market. But when they’re aligned: ✅ Your content amplifies your brand ✅ Your strategy scales without breaking ✅ Your ads convert because they’re consistent This is the system we build at Ad Pros: Ads that perform, compound, and last. Whether you’re scaling your own brand or managing growth for others: ➡️ Know what each function does ➡️ Know how they work together ➡️ Know what it takes to move the whole system forward Because if you’re not clear on the difference, you’ll keep treating symptoms instead of solving the root cause.

GHL Has a Prospecting Tool?! Here’s What It Actually Does
I’ve been digging into this feature and it looks powerful on paper… but I’m really curious how it performs in the real world once you start using it with actual clients. Here’s what I’ve learned so far — and I’d love to hear from anyone who’s tested it hands-on. What Is the GoHighLevel Prospecting Tool? It’s a built-in feature designed to help agencies and marketers find potential clients and generate audit reports — all from inside GoHighLevel. Basically, it scans a business’s online presence (listings, reviews, website health, etc.), identifies gaps, and packages those insights into a marketing audit report you can use as a lead magnet or sales opener. You can even embed a “Prospect Audit” widget or form on your website, so visitors can request their own audit — turning cold traffic into warm, qualified leads. How It Works (Simplified) 1. Enable the Prospecting Tool in your Agency or Sub-Account (some plans require an upgrade). 2. Search for prospects by business type (like “roofing contractors”) and location (city, ZIP, or keywords). 3. Generate an audit report showing their strengths and weaknesses across reviews, listings, SEO, and site performance. 4. Embed a widget or form on your website or landing page so visitors can request their report. 5. Trigger automations once the lead is captured — send emails, tag them, drop them into a pipeline, or enroll them in a nurture sequence. 6. Customize the report branding (logos, colors, headers, etc.) if you’re on the Premium version. On paper, it seems like a great all-in-one prospecting and lead-gen tool — but I’m curious… Has anyone here actually used it? Did it perform well with real prospects, or is it more of a “nice to have” feature?

@Kurt Laemmel I’ve been using the Ghl prospecting tool for a while now, and it definitely works when you use it the right way. What I’ve noticed is that it’s best as a conversation starter, not something that instantly closes deals. The audit reports do a great job showing what’s missing in a business’s online presence, but the real results come when you follow up with a short nurture sequence that explains what those gaps mean and offers to help fix one small issue first. I also found that customizing the report makes a big difference and i removed a lot of the extra data and focused only on reviews, listings, and website health. After that, my response rate improved a lot. So yes, it performs well, but it really shines when you make it simple and use it to build trust first.
