Odd question but never really thought of this till now...
So my client want the ai to stop in LIVE CHAT if they start engaging with the lead. What they want happening is if the lead does not respond to one of the reps questions after 5 days, then they want the assistant to re engage the conversation in SMS or email. Is this possible? If so how? Obviously, the lead needs to provide their sms info and or their email address.

@Jono Ai thanks for the tip...so to clarify are you saying to have for example "stop_ai" tag added to a contact when a human (admin asst) interacts with the contact/customer....and make a workflow that says if tag stop_ai is added to remove from wf?

I did do this and its a good solution....I just need help making the Forever Follow up sequence I keep hearing about.
Sleep Mode
Just wanted clarity on how the sleep mode works. If some one responds during the sleep mode will the bot not respond back? I thought it would give the agent a timeframe to respond during the sleep mode and then if no responses are made, then the bot would pick up the conversation. Also I noticed the timeframe is different for when assitable receives the messages. Would this affect its responds time. First image is assitable logs where it says the messages were within the same minute. While in GHL it is 1 minute apart. would this affect the sleep mode?

I also was under the impression that sleep mode meant that when turned on, when a lead responds to the AI, but a clients admin staff who monitors the convos going on, that when the admin staff texts back and forth with the lead/customer, that the AI when sleep mode is on to 15 minutes, that the AI won't text for a whole 15 minutes, which is allowing the admin staff to text their lead/customer without interruptions from the AI. - I hope that is the way it is supposed to be....my client expects it that way....Now I had my chat bot ai assistant on sleep mode, and when a lead simply texted, and the admin staff didn't chime in, the ai is on sleep mode and not going to respond.

@Brandon Duncan I'm still confused. Hope you can clarify further. The AI is integrated as per a chat widget. The customer responds, but my client (the roofer), his admin assistant manually chimes in the convo and replies to the customer. If sleep mode is on, ideally they want the AI not to chime in for 15 minutes to allow the admin asst to continue the dialogue w/ the ai chiming in. Is that the way it is supposed to work?
Add Context In GHL and Assistable, but....
I've added the Add Context feature to a workflow, but an If/Else doesn't pick up when a customer replies to the text, so what would I need to add to the workflow to ensure that when someone replies that the workflow stops? Thanks in advance for your help.

@Wateeb Khan - ok...so I have it working now using Jorden's AI_replying custom tool that is automatically added when the first reply is received by the user. I then created a 2 step wf so that when that tag is added to remove the user from the 1st wf. Thank you all for your advice and guidance.
