Just wanted clarity on how the sleep mode works. If some one responds during the sleep mode will the bot not respond back? I thought it would give the agent a timeframe to respond during the sleep mode and then if no responses are made, then the bot would pick up the conversation. Also I noticed the timeframe is different for when assitable receives the messages. Would this affect its responds time. First image is assitable logs where it says the messages were within the same minute. While in GHL it is 1 minute apart. would this affect the sleep mode?
