Do you guys think that the gym industry is too saturated? It is probably the niche where I have the most familiarity with and where I think it will be easier to reactivate leads compared to other niches and I can't think of any other niches that would be as good. I was originally planning to do home service but I don't know much about that niche.
Hello community, I’ve been doing my research for a while and almost pivoted to doing high ticket sales instead of pursuing this, but wanted to come back and get a couple extra opinions. I’m in college as a comp sci major atm and was wondering how one would go about getting their agency started, as I get done with my schoolwork realistically around 4pm. I also work a job to get some income on 3 days out of the week. Is it realistic for me to pursue this business model and maintain my performance in school, and if it is what exact steps should I take as I’m starting from nothing
@Seth Ward thanks for the input Seth, I’m also commuting to school so I don’t live in a dorm and I am willing to sacrifice seeing my friends less. This gives me some more confidence to start up an agency during university. If you don’t mind, how did you go about starting? Did you use the resources in this group to start?
Hey guys, was wondering the exact steps that people took when starting their agency from scratch like I. My game plan is to get to level 5, go through the course, signup for GHL for the trial, setup my highlevel, and then start cold calling. Is this the right way to go about it or is there anything else I should change?
I am desperately trying to get to level 5 by the end of the week. If I can do it, so can you! This is a great community with great people to support one another!
@Robb Bailey Was told to @ you, was in the comment section asking about a call I had with someone who started off with swas and completely pivoted to running ads for the home service niche. He said that he started off with database reactivation and other ghl services, but it became impossible to retain clients, so he switched to only learning facebook ads and then offering trials to new clients, bringing them leads and then asking for an MRR, any opinions or arguments against this?
Hey guys, quick update on the progress right now! Been building out systems and strategies in place with my business partner @Jaice de Celis It's only been 1 week since we've been running outreach and so far, results have been WAY better than expected. Will be optimising our offer and systems to book even more meetings in the coming days/weeks! Advice: Test your offer and market and see what the market likes the most and then dial in on that specific offer! Collect feedback and adjust your strategy accordingly. Only 7 days in and we already have lots of feedback for us to play with.
Hi, My name is Jeron and I haven't chosen a niche yet. I've been trying to start a service based biz model for a while now and was pretty sure I was going to do google ads, but I heard about GHL and its 30 day free trial and realized as someone who is about to go into college, pursing GHL may be more cost friendly and less risky then trying to offer businesses my google ad services when I have no experience with ads. I'd appreciate any tips or anything as I am completely new to this space, especially with choosing a niche. Also since I'm completely new to the space, I'd like to know if anyone around my age with no prior experience has had successes and any tips on what I should focus on as a complete beginner. Thanks!
Do you think there are any specific niches that benefit from DR, as I feel like with database reactivation there are some niches that are better then others.
My name is brad and I'm in the pressure washing niche. Im interested in trying DR over the next 3 -5 months for our pressure washing niche. We are moving in to raining season so i think if they have a list we can book out there gutter cleaning calendar for the DR offer. Interested in learning more on cold outreach strategies
Was wondering if anyone here has started with no prior experience with agency’s like me and ended up successfull? I wondering how hard it’ll be to acquire clients when I have no prior experience
