So I’ve kept it pretty quiet for awhile, I had to prove to myself I could stick with it. At 47 let’s just say my body didn’t feel like it did even 10 years ago. The aches and pains and tightness when I wake up, Trying to bend over to put my shoes on and sit for too long due to my back issues. However I made a commitment to myself to get my butt back in the gym, change my life style not only outwardly but inwardly. I’m happy to say I have been consistently going to the gym again 5-6 days a week. Completely overhauled my diet, yes I track everything I eat, and I mean everything. While I have not hit my goals yet, my stats are trending in the right direction both in weight loss, body fat and increase in strength and overall wellbeing. Even my blood work is improving. It’s a small win for now, but each time I show up for myself, it’s a win.

Calling all boot specialists, I have a pair of chelsea boots that have color bled and been scratched up by the dog... now, the scratches aren't severe and I can handle those but my boots color is all messed up, I applied some boot cleaner and it may have bled some of the color.... Im letting them dry but I am worries they may not be salvaged. Is there a good place I could get recommendations on to restore my boots (ps am canadian and I dont mind shipping over-seas if need be, I cant find these exact boots anywhere and I love them)

Need more knitted ties in my life

Ok so I live in south Florida, worked from home since 2018 so I never really have a need to wear socks other than no show with loafers or sneakers. I’m curious as to best color to wear with khaki performance chinos and either loafers or derbies to go to court, no I’m not in trouble, I have jury duty and I know courts are pretty conservative so no show socks with loafers may be frowned upon and the courthouse and courtrooms are freezing anyway so I think the best choice is socks. So what color should I wear with either lighter brown loafers or dark brown derbies with the khaki chinos? Lighter color socks to go with the pants I think would go best, as opposed to darker brown, correct?
