Protein Protein Protein!
Almost a week in and I’m finally figuring out how to hit my protein goal! I’ve been making better food choices and closely following my macro recs. I thought I was eating “healthy” before, but it’s so eye opening when tracking food intake. Excited to make this a permanent change!

Same! So far this is the biggest lifestyle change for me. I have failed before at hitting required protein levels, but the recipes in this program are getting me much closer to that goal. I wish I could eat more and use less protein powder, but I don't think I'm physically able to stuff that much more into my stomach. LOL

@Danny Farrar It's not really so much about weight for me, but transferring my "fat" into more muscle. I want to: do an unassisted pull-up; deadlift 200lbs, stuff like that. It's not so much about the scale. :)
Tank was empty today
After 3 days living on about half the calorie intake I'm used to, today's Bootcamp was pathetic. Nothing in the tank, no energy, no way could I perform as I usually do. This makes me want to just quit/give up now. Has anyone else done a massive calorie reduction like this and been able to recover from it to get your performance back? What's your story? Help me decide to stick with this...

Hi I'm Jen! Hitting "that stage of life" put on a few extra pounds that just will not come off, and I'm certain it's because of my diet. Looking forward to some good nutritional coaching through this program! It's gonna be tough but I hope the support of this group will get me through it.

@Danny Farrar Got it - I think it was confusing with the language in the welcome email that says "Keep an Eye on Your Inbox: You’ll be getting a separate email from "Soldierfit Training" with your customized meal plan and workout program. That’s where we lay out exactly what to follow for the next 90 days." This is where I, and I assume others, were probably confused that we were expecting an email, and thus were not looking in the app.
Workout and meal plans
Evening guys, just got settled in and wanted to dive into this. So far, everyone who thought they didn’t have a meal plan or workout program actually did when I looked them up. I want to make sure there’s no confusion. In your Soldierfit Training App (not Soldierfit 2.0), when you log in, you should see a kettlebell and a fork and knife icon at the bottom of the screen. That’s where your workout and meal plans are located. If you click on those and still don’t see anything, please message me!
