Hi Everyone, My name is Niemah ( Nye-ee-ma ) im from New York. My goal for this challenge is to be consistent. Consistency is something i struggle with when it comes to my physical fitness because i am used to seeing what id consider fast results due to being an athlete throughout high school. I am 5 years post grad and looking to join the air force so i am using the shred to also help me jumpstart my training for BMT. I look forward to sharing my progress throughout the session :)

Hi, my name is Alex. I’m here because I want to be a healthier (mind & body). I’ve lost weight in the past and gained it all back because I was focused primarily on losing the weight. This time around, my focus has shifted and I’m looking forward to changing my way of life so healthy habits are the norm. My kiddos are my why, ☺️ my amazing husband is my support at home, and I’m hoping to grow within community here with you all. My struggle this week has been protein! I’m struggling to consistently get enough protein because I’m not used to eating this much while also drinking plenty of water. It’s been one or the other. For the next 21 days, my goal is to work out 3x a week.

Hi, my name is Kelly. I am a mom to a beautiful 4 year old and an Elementary School Teacher. I have gained a lot of weight over the past few years, more than I ever wanted to. A hard realization came about a year ago when I was at Busch Gardens with my family. Trying to go on some of the rides was difficult because the lap bar or belt would not fit. Try explaining that to a 3 year old who loves rides! I would like to lose weight and get healthier so I can be there for my daughter and fully participate in family activities. My biggest hurdles would probably be stress and meal prep.
