Tank was empty today
After 3 days living on about half the calorie intake I'm used to, today's Bootcamp was pathetic. Nothing in the tank, no energy, no way could I perform as I usually do. This makes me want to just quit/give up now.
Has anyone else done a massive calorie reduction like this and been able to recover from it to get your performance back? What's your story? Help me decide to stick with this...
