Woke up early again and figured I'd get at least some of my workout in before waking up my big kids.... As I was pulling out my weights, I thought to myself "wow, I'm really sore but I'm surprised that my legs don't hurt so badly" Then Shaun T happened. Ha! Missed yesterday’s workout & today my lower back is killing me - thank you Mother Nature I’m fully aware that you’ll be making your appearance any day now🤣 I’m pressing pause on Dig In until my cycle is over but I’m not stopping so that good🥰 A little over 17 minutes on the hike plus the 30 minute walk with the dog before hand is some good movement 🎉

I think I am going to skip today’s workout. I have a headache that just won’t go away. So I am going to use the time to rest and maybe do a little stretching.

Hello beautiful people I just wanna make sure I'm reading the calendar right. So today is day five Friday which we're all alone I think so we are gonna do testing and correct? I see that I think it's 10 days before an actual rest day which we all know I don't really take them, but I wanna make sure I'm staying in line with you guys so making sure that I am I guess counting correctly lol I did look up the sweaty Calendar selfie thing too to make sure it looks like it's strictly 30 days and that's December right?
