Please give a rousing welcome to @Paul Weiss !! Paul is a veteran who spent some time in special operations so he should be a great resource for everyone here! Glad to have you here Paul - make sure you look through all the resources and be sure to let us know if there's any tools that you'd like to see us develop that would help you out!

Hi Paul! Welcome aboard:)
Welcome Brian!!
Welcome @Brian von Kraus! Brian is part of the 2026 CEO Circle cohort and he'll have plenty of great feedback and observations for the group. Brian is a veteran as well and much of this material will be second nature to him. Congratulations on being an early member!

Great to have you here, @Brian von Kraus
Welcome DOC!
Everyone please welcome Dr. @Bernadette Wildemore to the group. Doc can personally attest to the power of using EMP+ Communication because we worked through some thorny issues a few years ago. Of all the people that went through any of my courses, Doc was one of the best and most earnest. She's a great person and I'm so happy she decided to join us here! 🥳

Biggest win: Getting focused on a new business with selling our old business Biggest lesson: things take longer than expected- sometimes you have to reset your expectations
Close out your year like an operator
Before we start mapping next year, grab this. One of the most useful habits from Special Forces is the After Action Review. We ran them after every mission. Didn't matter if it was training or a 6-month deployment. The debrief is where the real learning happens. I've adapted the AAR format into a simple 1-page template for leadership year-end reflection. It walks you through: - What you intended this year vs. what actually happened - Where the gaps showed up and why - What to sustain, improve, or start in 2025 If you want a copy, drop REVIEW in the comments. I'll send it to you directly.
