New Routine
Has anyone tried the consolidated routine? I think I'm going to take a crack at it. I have been doing my current routine for about 3 months now and am looking to switch it up for another 3 months. Also, how often do you guys switch your routines?

I have when I was younger. I’ve always been on the mesomorphic segment of the general population. I was a sprinter and high hurdler in my youth, so the short/intense stimulus worked well. In T&F, our (sprinter) workouts were quite different than any of the other sub-specialties. About a decade ago, I was a coach donating my time to the Best Buddies charity on a 100k (62 mile cycling event, and got the chance to ride and talk with Carl Lewis about track workouts. Most people would be shocked at how little volume world class sprinters perform. In hindsight, my high school track coach was right…lucky me.
Proper seat adjustment on Overhead Press (with shoulder issues)
I figured I share this one with you all. A great way to work around shoulder issues if you wanna still do overhead presses.

Yeah it seems the shoulders can get over exposed because they qualify as both push & pull; I could never decide which group they belonged to, so I’d end up working them to some degree on every workout… I’ve got a shoulder prone to dislocation IF I’m not careful, e.g., must keep elbow slightly forward of the imaginary lateral plane when pressing, and ABSOLUTELY NO BEHIND THE NECK anything.
