good to know that full range of motion isn't required. my knees hate leg extensions but I've been pushing through to full extension. Will dial it back on the next leg day and see if it helps 😎🤙🏻

Hey Markus, did you ever learn what Mike's position was on massage? There doesn't seem to be any mention of it in his interviews etc .. I'm wondering if the stimulation of the muscle through massage would lean toward overtraining (overstimulation), or if would assist in recovery (I know what general consensus is, but I'm interested in what Mike's opinion was) 🤔

@Markus Reinhardt cheers big fella, I got the idea from you and Mike's workout video. There was one part where he assisted in the rep and made the comment 'it counts'. Since I train alone and have no one to assist in the positive, I wanted to make it count somehow, so now when I look back on the training diary I can see gains more precisely - sometimes I only improve by half a rep, but improvement nonetheless 😃🤙🏻
