Happy Friday everyone! and yes I see the irony in the fact that you're probably viewing this post on your phone right now 😂 But I've been on a path to changing my relationship with my phone for awhile now, in a way that still allows me utilize all of its benefits simply with more intention. What was once an extension of my body has turned into something that I'm constantly looking to create space from. Over the last year I've started to see creators host phone-free events, promote ideas like "phone-free fall" to encourage in person connection, I even saw an article recently about a possible phone-free club opening in Ibiza (that could be cool)! While our phones are an incredible tool in so many ways, I truly believe too much of anything can turn into a negative. So now I'm curious... What are some ideas or ways you have started to incorporate phone-free times/spaces/events into your personal life or business?
