I noticed I was losing hours every day to notifications and random scrolling. So I tried a simple rule: No phone for the first 2 hours after waking up. The result? • Better focus • Less stress • More clarity Sometimes upgrading your life is just removing distractions. Anyone else tried this?
I love setting my intention the night before - i write on my post it note the 'ONE thing' that must be done the next day, and add 2 other nice to be done things if I have time. And like many others above, that is my focus until I allow myself to have some distraction time. I give myself permission to do 'whatever' during that time.
