Yes yes yes yes check check check. Practitioners telling me I just need to mediate, get better sleep, do yoga, breathing exercises, supplements , therapy which are all great but I could not get my body out of it. Now gotten better with better E therapy. Not perfect yet but feeling moments of calm mental and physical is something I never thought I’d feel again..
Hello from Las Vegas!
I'm 53 and have been struggling to feel like "myself" for 6 years. It's been a journey of seeing all kinds of practioners and not receiving much help. Started HRT May 2025 and haven't found the right delivery method... I've had creams patches, and now pellets but symptoms of brain fog, dizziness, vertigo, frozen shoulder are back! Hoping to find the right support and get my hormones in balance.

@Christina Aldendifer same!!! I have suffered about 15 years.
My story
I am grateful for the opportunity to share my peri menopause story. It started back in February of this year. If you don't think menopause psychosis isn't real, it is. It hit me hard, I spent 3 nights in the mental hospital on 3 different occasions, total black out. Drs would not do blood work, said I was schizophrenic. I had never had any mental health problems up until the age of 48 when peri hit me. It took 4 Drs and many months of anxiety, tremors and heart ache before finding a Dr that would do blood work and listen to me. I am now on progesterone and estrogen, and am healed. Ladies, fight for yourself. If anyone out there has any questions or needs to vent, feel free to reach out, we all needs friends right now that are going through what we are. Much love to you all.

How awful for you.
Help
Hi all, I am on .1 mg Estradiol cypionate per day (.7 per week) for almost a month with ElevateMD and .025 mg patch (transitioning off patch eventually) and 100 mg progesterone rectally. My E level has come up nicely to 89 on day 2 of patch and progesterone 4.5. I was feeling pretty decent but last week started having nausea and my body feels stiff and sore again, some depression and crying. I feel like I’m 80. I’m 56 and post menopausal for 10 years. Looks like I may need to go back to 200mg progesterone… Is this just an adjustment period? Is it unbalanced levels? I was in bed most of the day Sunday feeling awful. What are your thoughts? T is pending I’m sure it’s low as I’m just on cream and waiting on injections bec it was causing muscle and glute cramps… Any thoughts or encouragement would be helpful. I’ve gone through hell with this journey.

@Aly Mangeot thanks I did last week but she said to cut patch in half. When I did that I felt bad and put it back On, but things haven’t really rebounded. Trying to be able to function. I guess just need to cut in half and get off these damn patches.
