Morning all, so I am so glad to have found this group. I'm James, and also occasionally just "J" to friends. I got assessed and indentified as AuDHD, just over a year ago, and tbh, it really helped to explain alot, as I've always loved creating things, building businesses and pushing improbable boundaries, not always out of choice, but because I just needed to prove that it could be done to others. Great to meet you all, and I'm really looking forward to being part of a stellar community, supporting where I can, learning more about the way our brains work and embracing our "Neuthinking" processes to achieve even greater things. ✨💥🔥 Always happy to connect and chat with anyone 🫶

And just one week before the 1-year anniversary of me creating the community (before I teamed up with Rex and renamed this group Focus Founders, it was called the ADHD Entrepreneur's Playground.) So, last night I had a great chat with @Bill Widmer who helped me realise that many of my issues were actually not anyone’s fault, but were just being processed incorrectly, so as a result, I got up this morning with a new Neu approach. 🔥 • I’ve posted on my socials about launching my “cheap” coaching program. • I’ve offered people the chance to have a quick chat to outline, but also remembered to book a follow up on the same call. • I’ve structured my day so that I can do designated hours, with a combined potential for music infused coworking sessions • and I even found time to squeeze in an hour at the gym. I highly recommend having a call with Bill if you haven’t already, although as a warning, he will help you discover a power in yourself that you may not have known you had. 😳 Please Note : I only discovered this, after my shower clearly couldn’t cope with the immense increase of positivity that my brain was generating today 🧠🤯💥
